M&L Granite 20 mm thick(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking plateforms and like including pointing in white cement(1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over & incl 20 mm thick screed bed built in CM 1:4, including demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edges, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations for bullnosing / moulding to exposed edges( any type) and polishing to match the adjoining surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

M & L 20 - 25 mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab in flooring or treads of steps over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of slab/rubbing, polishing etc, including demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The size of Kota stone slab shall not less than 550 mm x 550 mm cut size, except the location where the balance portion remain less than size as specified above.

Description same as per Item No. 03.00 but as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and vertical surfaces including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in mass concrete, foundation and any other location etc, including demolition of existing PCC, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L machine pressed precast concrete 60 mm thick glossy interlocking paver block M-35 Grade to IS 15658-2006, with grey cement and no pigment laid over dry sand cushioning, filling of joints with sand including demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness etc. colour and shape as approved, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles on vertical surfaces 450x350x7 mm / 450x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick backing coat to receiving to wall tiles in Cement mortar 1:4, including dismanling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Anodised aluminium sanp grid 605 x 605 mm frame work for false ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F hangers 6 mm dia G.I.(upto 1200mm lenth) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. falt 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia 40mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair brass chromium plated angle cock 15 mm dia screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes (any size or pattern), including all fitting, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks etc including removal from site all as specified.

S & F PVC pipes 110 mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint and fixed to walls incluidng clamping complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for reparing of RCC projection, chajjas,roofs,facia, colum etc by necessary preparation i.e scrapping, cutting, chiseling, derusting and cleaning exposed reinforecement, surfaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces and applying one coat of rust remover by brushing to rusted reinforecemnt to remove loose rust particles and allow to dry it for 2 to 3 Hrs , insert the new reinforcement to damaged portion by drillig hole at required distance , fill the epoxy in to the hole by 2/3 of the hole and insert the reinforcement in the hole, and binding the reinforcement at rusted portion of reinforcement, apply cement slurry on entire damaged area , and plaster the surfaces with cement , sand and Polymer liquid in 1: 3 : 15% of cement by weight ) and water as required , mixing properly and plaster the surface , finished even and smooth by making the edge water dropping groves complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Cost of formwork shall be deemed to be included.

M&L for repairs for Heritage regular flakes finish which is made from china clay, pigments homo polymer emulsion and bonding agent acrylic emulsion top coat (Gloss/Matt finished) based on solvent based polymer 0.8mm to 1.2mm thick single coat as per approved shade, as per manufacturer instructions and apply on vertical surfaces of walls,columns, pipe, soffits of beams amd chajjas etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rate included complete prepration of old surface including scrapping and washing.
