Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90-1.20 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502. (ii) Medium porosity

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Semi-Dense Bitumen Concrete (Providing and laying semi-dense Bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch HMP produching an average ouput of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specific grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd grade level and alignement rolling with smooth with wheelled vinratory and tendem rollers to achieved the desired compaction as per MORT&H cl. no.508.complete in all respect.
