Supply and fixing LED flood light 120 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp suitable for mounting on high mast complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches for laying of cable trench, pole and stay foundation in any type of soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in,including spreading,leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Double wall corrugated High Density Polymer Ethyl(HDPE) pipe for laying of electric cable of size 50 mm outer diameter and 38 mm inner diameter with IS 14930 (part 2) 2001 and 6mm thickness laid in trenches(Including cutting of roads or any others hard surfaces and making good disturbed surfaces) , wall, poles including bends, sockets and other connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches or fixing in walls / poles or drawing through pipe XLPE insulated, screened,PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables ( heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts, grade cross sectional area 16 sq mm,4 core including testing after laid and jointed all as specified and as directed

Supply and laying in trenches or fixing in walls / poles or drawing through pipe XLPE insulated, screened,PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables ( heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts, grade cross sectional area 10 sq mm, 4.0 core including testing after laid and jointed all as specified and as directed.

M & L earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to pole or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32 x 6 mm GI earth strip all as specified and as directed

Earthing complete with galvanized street earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth plate not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.50 mtr. below the normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire 32 X 6 MM mm dia by means of bolts nuts check nuts & washer of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified and testing on completion including the material and labour for :-(a) Excavation and earth work or drilling hole for electrode in any type of soil (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 TYPE B-1 (.c) Pre cast RCC cover with suitable handle 40mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighting not less than 1.87 Kg/sqmm (d) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20mm nominal bore medium grade and Aluminum lugs etc all as specified.(e) 15mm nominal bore medium grade GI protection pipe up to 7.50 meter long for protection of earthing lead.(f) Requisite quantity of charcoal and common salt (g) Connection to earthing test point and testing on completion.

Taking down fan, ceiling cable end, dismantling blades, down rods and removing fan and blades to store complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix ceiling fans, complete with three blade, down rod, accessories 230V, 1200mm sweep minimum 3 star rating , with Squirrel cage induction motor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix GI pipe medium grade 15 mm bore for down rod complete all as specified and directed

M&L for sub main wiring with two single core PVC FR LSH insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor and earth wire 1100 volt grade and drawing into PVC conduit not less than 20 mm medium grade concealed in wall/ceiling of the following sizes :- 4x10.0 Sqmm with earth wire of 2x10.0 Sqmm. Note :- Accessories for point/sub main wiring like PVC junction box, bend, Tee, elbow shall be of same make.

M&L for sub main wiring with two single core PVC FR LSH insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor and earth wire 1100 volt grade and drawing into PVC conduit not less than 20 mm medium grade concealed in wall of the following sizes :- 2 x 6.0 Sqmm with earth wire of 2x6.0 Sqmm. Note :- Accessories for point/sub main wiring like PVC junction box, bend, Tee, elbow shall be of same make.

M&L point wiring 1100 volt grade single core FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor 2 x 2.50 sqmm drawn in and including electrical grade PVC conduit not less than 20mm dia with IS 9537 (Part-III) 1983 marked medium grade concealed in wall/ceiling including FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed earth wire with multistranded copper conductor of size 1 x .50 sqmm modular boxes sunk on wall for mounting of any type modular switches, switch sockets, fan regulator etc including modular cover with frame any size complete all as specified and making good disturbed surfaces for 15A Power point controlled by one, one way switch. Note :- Cost of cable provided from sub main DB to respective switch board in rooms shall be included in the quoted point wiring rate. All switches, fan, sockets, ceiling roses and holders shall be connected to common earth dolly.

Supply and fixing for switch modular type single pole one way 6/16 amp 3 pin 250 volts AC suitable for modular switch boxes, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for socket modular type single pole one way 6/16 amp 3 pin 2 module, 250 volts AC suitable for modular switch boxes all as specified and as directed by EIC.

Supply and fix electric water heater, storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection pipe etc. complete all as specifieds and directed. Note: If Flexible connection pipes does not come with the product, it will be supplied and fixed by the contractor at no other cost

S&F GI tubing medium grade with all fittings such as tees, elbows, to wall or laid in floor/ceiling of 15 mm bores complete all as specified.

Supply and fix stop valves fancy type cast chromium plated, high pressure, screw both end for iron pipe for union and fixed of Size 15 mm bored comple all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix bib taps fancy type cast chromium plated ,screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fix bore dia of pipe15 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting existing steel tubing for alteration or additions of 15 mm dia complete with tee all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure single pole & neutral for 240 volts 12 way with 200 Amp rated bus bar flush /surface mounting double door. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure single pole & neutral for 240 volts 8 way with 200 Amp rated bus bar flush /surface mounting double door. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB single pole 240 volt 6 to 40 amps 10 KA breaking capacity, 'C' series complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED fittings IP65 rated Cone type LED Bollard with soft 360 deg light distribution 9W, 230V, 50Hz complete on suitable PCC 1:2:4 alongwith suitable connectors to connect with 10sqmm X 4 core cable having protection from water and soil complete all as specified and direceted.

Supply and fix LED flood light luminaires of capcity 70 watts with pressure die cast aluminium housing heat resistance toughened glass, IP 66 protection complete with driver, with suitable size Flat Iron clamps, nuts, bolts, washers and fixing accessories including taking down old unserviceable fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix LED post top light fitting 40W with all fixing accessories fitted on pilar or poles including making suitable PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and directed.
