Providing & fixing false ceiling with semi perforated 12mm thick at all heights with GRS (Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tile of size 595X595 mm of approved texture ,design and pattern having moisture content less then 2 %, humidity resistance of 99%,NRCO .50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225 :1987, Noncmbustiible as per IS 476 (part 4)-1970 and light reflectance of 855 (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metel T grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @120 gms per sqm including both side) comprising of main T runners of size 15X32 mm length 3000mm ,cross T of size 15X32 mm of length 600mm to from grid module of size 600mm X600mm suspended from Ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 gms per sqm) i e 50mm long ,8mm outer dia M-6 hanger rod upto 1000mm length and L shape level adjuster of size 85X25X2mm galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24X24X0.40mm of length 3000mm to be fixed on periphery wall/partition with the help of plastic rawl plug at 450mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications ,drawing and as per direction of the Engr- in Charge.

S&F 4.5 mm thick linoleum,plain coloured ,laid in floors including stretching ,cutting and sealed down with an approved adhesive fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Taking down chowkhat or frame with shutters (with out taking off the shutter from the frame ) exc 1.5sqm but n exc 1.5 sqm each

S&F factory made steel window/ventilator 1.25mm thick box type (primer coated) ERW hollow P section of size 60×25mm including grill using 10sqmm bar double rebated both gauge and glass shutter comprised gauged glazed skelton shutter ERW sec 50×20mm and 1mm thick with two openable leaf consisting two Nos sash bar of T sec 20×3mm complete welded to frame with one vertical mullion of ERW box type T sec of size 60×25mm and 1.25mm thick including cutting holes and making good dismantled portion in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 four Nos for Each window including following fitting welded to frame shutter :- (a) Hold fast 150mm long of 12×3mm made to shape 04 Nos per window, (b) Handle of Z sec 20×25mm, 100mm long per No leaf, (c) Stainless steel tower bolt 150mm long, 02 Nos per leaf, (d) Z sec 20×25mm, 100mm long stopper 01 Nos per leaf, (e) cleat 55mm long of hollow square 15×20×63mm welded to hinge 01 Nos per leaf,(f) MS pintal hinges of size 75×12mm, 02 Nos per leaf incl. Stainless steel wire cloth , 0.25mm to 0.36mm nominal dia of wire & average width of aperture 1.40mm to 2mm & fixed with alluminium wire staples and glass pane 3mm thick fixed with MS pin and oil putty incl. two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete incl taking down existing window/ventilator. Note:- During fixing of windows/ventilator, surfaces shall be make good in plumb with existing finishes like cement plaster, similar wall tile,floor tile etc and as per site requirement.

S&F 3 mm thick plainsheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc o.5 sqm each pane all as specified by Engr-in-charge.

S&F galvanised mild steel wire clothes 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture1.18 mm in complete fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staples all as specified and as directed

M&L Pre-cast reinforced cement conc. 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in cover slab and the likes and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete including necessary form work and demolition of existing cover slabs reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

TMT Mild steel bars 6 to 8mm dia and over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in CM including all quoins arches pillars etc.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) with old size bricks.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall upto any height and ceilings including raking out joints hacking for key srcubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 5 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on celings, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of exterior acrylic paint of any shade as approved by GE as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

M&L for Preparation new surfaces of wall and applying three coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of 3 mm thick wall putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new surface of ceiling and applying three coats of Oil bound distemper over 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of old decorated wall surfaces and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper on walls over 3 mm thick wall care putty

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate), spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified.as in floors complete all as specified by Engr-in-charge.

M&L glazed ceramic colour tiles 300mmx450mm/300mm x200mm x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado over cement mortar rendering/screding 10mm thick 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed

M & L PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, 75mm thick as in plinth protection, Surface finished fair and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for repairing of RCC projections, chajjas , roofs, facia etc. in patches not exceeding 3 Sqm in each patch by necessary preparation i.e. scrapping, cutting, chiseling, derusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement, sufaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surfaces with cement concrete (1:1.5:3) using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate and reinforced with welded mesh of weight exc 2kg per sqmtr but n.exc 3kg/sqm with or without facia and finished with cement sand mortar (1:3) using coarse sand in patches are n.exc 70mm including applying two coats of finishes to match with the existing surfaces in at any height complete all as specified. Note:- Cost of formwork and welded mesh shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the contractor.

M&L in replacement of Concealed point wiring on wall and surface on ceiling/roof with necessary fixing arrangements with PVC-FRLSH insulated and unsheathed copper multi-stranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade drawn in and including rigid non metallic white / ivory PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked not less than 19 mm dia with all conduit accessories/ fittings such as junction boxes, bends, tee, elbow etc including anodized MS sunken boxes made out of MS sheet of thickness not less than 1.6 mm with earth dolly and bakelite laminated sheet 3mm thick ISI marked for fixing of switches / sockets, fan regulators, wall mounting fittings, door bell & bulkhead/telephone socket etc with MS screw and cup washers including PVC-FRLSH insulated and unsheathed copper multi-stranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade for continuous earthing including cutting the chases and making good the surface by cement mortar (1:3) and for matching / finishing of new surfaces either by means of plaster of peris/ Putti or distemper / colour wash with same existing colour surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following:- (a) One light, fan, bell point controlled by one switch.

Note : Old unserviceable Exhaust fan is to be deposited to SRU unit store room.

S&F Automatic Day Night sensor light switch of opearting voltage AC 220-240V , 50 Hz, swutching range ON at lesst than 20 (+-5%) Lux and Tuens OFF at more than 35 Lux (+-5%), having opearting tempearture -20C to +60C and have load current Maximum 500 Watt on 240V on each Switch.

S&F in replacement of integral LED Aviation light 6 watt , 230 volts , IP65 comprising of aluminium housing with poly carbonate enclosure fitted on high tower approx 120 feet height in existing place with suitable nut and bolt complete. Product code 110731 model BGAV 302 LED of Bajaj or equivalent in philips/crompton/HPL.

M&L for tubing GI light grade 40 mm bore laid in trenches, ducts, floor for protection of cable, fixed to wall or poles including fixing arrangement all as required and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
