PERIODICAL SERVICES IN CERTAIN BUILDINGS AT AF STATION SALUA UNDER GE (AF) KALAIKUNDA

M&L for preparing old decorated plastered or unplasterd surfaces of wall including cornices, plasters and other wall features etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing/sand paper, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and removing extra wall papdi ,peel off wall papdi by sand paper and making good with putty as per existing thickness and applying one coat of cement base paint on old plaster surfaces of wall.complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old painted Steel surface of any description, not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel painting.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wooden and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on wooden surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or grith etc . complete all as specifed and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etcat any height including necessarry scalfolding and safety measures complete all as directed.

Materials and Labour for rendering 15mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls, finished even and fair without using extra cement.complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling surfaces as in chajja, shelves etc. finished even and smooth without using extra cement. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair face of brick work surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement.wall.complete all as specified.

M&L preparation of new plaster surfaces on wall and applying two coats of oil emusion distemper over 3 mm thick wall care putty. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 3mm thick wall care putty on wall surface.complete all as specified and as directed.
