The procurement of this item is restricted only from the approved / development sources by RDSO for the Bellow Duct of LHB AC coaches as mentioned in Spec ( i.e. specification ) of RDSO vendor directory of Roof Mounted Package Unit (RMPU) for LHB Variant AC Coaches, under RDSO Item ID: 3100018 (sub item 3100018001) , as on the tender closing date.: The list of eligible firms shall be as available in the Vendor Directory (U-VAM) ( also available in IREPS portal) .However, in case of downgrading/ removal/suspension/banning after closing of e-tender, such changes shall be taken into account while considering the offers. For detailed instructions refer Para 2.2, General Tender Conditions (updated latest) in Tender Booklet _SWR _06-10- 2025 attached with NIT and/or available as Public Document on IREPS website Goods and Services/South Western Railway. Bidders are required to submit relevant documents to show their eligibility along with the offers.

The firms which are not OEM, shall attach the tender specific authorization certificate of OEM issued for this tender, failing which their offer is liable to be ignored.

Have you quoted Mode of dispatch on FOR destination basis for free delivery at destination with rate structure clearly indicating the basic rate, GST and freight etc, up to destination [consignees premises].

Have you quoted the discount if any in the specified column only in IREPS?

Have you furnished Bank account details such as Name of the Bank and address, account no., MICR, IFSC code and type of account to facilitate EFT payment?

Vendors must submit their bills for stock items online through IREPS only with immediate effect. No manual bills will be accepted for payment.

Firm shall comply to all the GST conditions mentioned in the tender document specially clause 7.1 and 13.9 of Section II, general conditions of tender.

HSN code of the item shall be mentioned by the bidder.
