The offered camera shall be STQC Certified for compliance with the latest ER (Essential Requirements) for CCTV Surveillance Systems issued by STQC/MeitY. Inspection by RDSO.

Supply of 32-Channel Network Video Recorder (NVR) conforming to Clause 10.2 of RDSO Specification No. RDSO/SPN/TC/65/2021 Ver. 6.0 with Amendments 1, 2 & 3 and latest 2 amendments/revisions, complete with Surveillance Grade HDD of minimum 1 TB capacity and all associated accessories required for satisfactory operation. The NVR shall possess a valid STQC Certificate as per the latest STQC/MeitY Essential Requirements applicable on the date of tender opening. Inspection by RDSO.

Supply and installation of 8 TB Surveillance Grade Hard Disk Drive (HDD) compatible 3 with Network Video Recorder (NVR), suitable for 24x7 CCTV recording applications. The HDD shall be of reputed make such as Seagate, Western Digital, Toshiba or equivalent/better and shall be supplied complete with all accessories required for installation and commissioning. Inspection by RITES.

Supply of 6 Fibre Single Mode Armoured Optical Fibre Cable (Type-I), suitable for 4 outdoor underground installation, conforming to TEC Standard No. TEC 85170:2024 with latest amendments/revisions. The cable shall be complete in all respects and supplied in standard manufacturer's packing. Inspection by Consignee.

Supply of CAT-6 UTP Patch Cord of 2 Metre length conforming to TEC GR No. 5 TEC/GR/SLC-01/02.AUG 05 (TEC Standard No. TEC 52010:2005) with latest amendments/revisions. Complete in all respects and supplied in standard manufacturer's packing. Inspection by Consignee.

Supply of Online UPS system, Single Phase of rating 1 KVA UPS along with Battery suitable for 1 hr. back-up, Make: IMIGROTEK, LUMINOUS, EXIDE. Inspection RITES.

Supply of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed flexible 3 Core x 2.5 sq.mm multistrand 7 copper conductor power cable conforming to IS 694:1990 with latest amendments/revisions, suitable for power supply applications in CCTV systems. The cable shall be of reputed make such as Finolex, Polycab, Havells or equivalent/better. Inspection by RITES.

Supply of STP CAT-6 Cable (Shielded Twisted Pair) conforming to latest EIA/TIA-568- B.2-1 and RDSO Specification No. RDSO/SPN/TC/65/2021 Version 6.0 or latest amendment/revision for IP-based CCTV Surveillance System. Inspection Consignee

Supply of 25mm. dia PVC Conduit Pipe (MMS) ISI marked as per:IS 9537 part-3 with all required accessories (metal clamping, Bends etc) shall be provided by contractor.Inspection by RITES

Supply of Permanently Lubricated High Density Polyethylene (PLB-HDPE) Duct, 40 10 mm Outer Diameter x 33 mm Inner Diameter, conforming to RDSO Specification No. RDSO/SPN/TC/45/2013 Rev. 2.0 with latest amendments/revisions, complete with all associated accessories such as couplers, end caps, cable sealing plugs, end plugs, collars, bends and other fittings required for installation. Inspection by RITES.

Supply of RJ-45 Connector for CAT-6 Cable. Make D-Link or Similar or Better. Inspection By consignee.

Supply & Fixing of HDMI cable of length 5 meter make Extron or Kramer or Crestron or similar of reputed make.Inspection by Consignee.

B-Supply and Installation

Supply and installations of rack form factor 9U wall mount 19" equipment Rack with 13 power supply board, protection cable guard, front cover glass, with Mechanical sealing protection. The rack should be fitted with a minimum of 2 fans. Make- D-Link or Legrand or Valrack or other reputed make. Inspection by Consignee.

Supply,Installation,testing and commissioning of LIU for 6X2 fiber(12 Fiber) for OFC 14 cable, along with supply of OFC patch cord as per site requirement of minimum length 5 mtrs including splicing work. Make:- Legrand or Molex or Commscope or Amphenol FCI or 3C3 or of reputed make. Inspection by Consignee.

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of 2 KVA on line UPS with minimum 15 3200 VAH battery back up as per technical specification given in special conditions of contract. Make APC or Numeric or Emerson or similar . This also includes connecting wires and battery stand. Inspection by RITES

Supply and Installation of 24 Port CAT-6 Jack Panel, suitable for termination and 16 management of CAT-6 UTP/STP cables, conforming to TEC GR No. TEC/GR/SLC-01/02.AUG.05 (TEC Standard No. TEC 52010:2005) with latest amendments/revisions. Complete with mounting hardware, cable management accessories and all fittings required for satisfactory installation and operation. Inspection by RITES.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 8-Port Gigabit PoE Field Switch with 2 Nos. 1G SFP Ports, minimum 120 W PoE budget, complete with 2 Nos. Single Mode 1G SFP 17 Optical Transceiver Modules and all associated accessories required for satisfactory operation, conforming to Clause 14.0 (III)(a) of RDSO Specification No. RDSO/SPN/TC/65/2021 Version 6.0 with Amendments 1, 2 & 3 and latest amendments/revisions. The offered equipment shall be approved/registered on the Trusted Telecom Portal (TTP) and sourced from Trusted Sources as per prevailing Government of India guidelines. Inspection by RDSO.

Supply & Installation of Networking Rack 19"/12U with cable manager, with power supply board, protection cable ground, front cover glass made by APC or Rittal or HCL. Inspection RITES.

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Full HD Bullet Type IP Colour camera along with the mount. All the accessories and fixing materials including mount required for this installation are to be supplied by contractor within the same cost. As per instructions by Consignee.

Fixing and laying of PVC Conduit Pipe and/or PVC Capping-Casing (Channel) of 21 suitable size, including cutting, bending, jointing, clamping, fastening and all incidental works required for proper routing and protection of cables, complete as per site requirements and instructions of Consignee.

Chase cutting in wall/floor and restoring with Cement:sand plaster after laying/fixing of 25 mm PVC conduit pipe . As per instructions by Consignee.

Cutting of Trench across / on Platforms/Floor/ Stone/Tile/Road with refilling and 23 repairing the Platforms/Floor for concealed wiring for a depth of about 25 cm and width 10cm with marble cutting machine and filling the trench after cable laying and restoring the surface. Refilling after cable laying and restoration the surface to normal condition etc. As per instructions by Consignee.

Laying/insertion of PLB-HDPE duct in the trenches/cutting/Trough and HDD/Manual 24 Boring portion including supply & provision of pulling of Nylon rope through it at different places as per directions of engineer in charge with proper couplers / end plug arrangement, as per instructions of Consignee.

Laying of telecom cable, Power cable, data cable, 6 fiber through PVC conduit pipe/PVC channel Laying of CAT-6/Power cable/OFC in PVC Conduit pipe of 25 mm Dia ISI mark (PVC pipe with all accessories to be supplied by Contractor) as per instructions by Consignee.

Pulling and Blowing/drawing of OFC cables in the HDPE duct along with all the protective work as per instructions of engineer incharge

Excavation of cable trench of size 300 mm wide and 1000 mm deep in all types of 27 soil, including dressing of trench sides, removal of excavated earth, laying of Telecom Cable/OFC in GI/HDPE pipes, backfilling with excavated earth in layers, watering, ramming, consolidation and dressing of the trench to original ground level, complete in all respects as per site requirements and instructions of the Site-in-Charge.

Trenchless boring by Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) method or manual pushing 28 method for insertion of PLB-HDPE Duct/GI Pipe at built-up areas, station platforms, culverts, track crossings, road crossings and other locations as per approved cable route plan, including launching and receiving pits, insertion of pipe/duct, restoration of site and all incidental works required for completion of the work. The depth of boring shall not be less than 1500 mm below rail level/road level or as specified by the Site-in-Charge. Complete in all respects as per site requirements and instructions of the Consignee.
