Planning, Designing, and Construction of RCC framed structure building OF COLLEGE BUILDING (G+2)" AT GOVT. MODEL COLLEGE, PANBARI, BIJNI, CHIRANG DISTRICT UNDER BTC, with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer-in-charge by incoprating stipulated specification and adopting NBC-2016 norms , NMC norms & IS Codes and guidelines complete in all respect. Note :- Plinth Area shall be measured for the actual constructed.

Planning, Designing and construction of Civil External development works ,Levelling, Random rubble masonry, Road, pavement, parking, foothpath, Horticulture & Landscape, boundary wall, gate and guard room, overhead tank, underground, septic tank, sewerage+effluent treatment plant , storm water drain, rain water harvesting, trenches for services, distribution lines, water cooler , water treatment plant with RO , Borewell and sewage & drainage pump approval of the same by the Engineer- in-Charge

Planning, Designing and Construction on EPC Basis of INFRASTRUCTURE & EXTERNAL DEVELOPMENT – Electrical Works such as Electrical sub station ,DG set , UPS System , LED Street light , CCTV system , Solar photo voltaic power generation system, Access control system, LAN System , IP Based EPABX system and Emergency Light and Illuminated digital signages with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications, all services including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge.

Supplying, Installation, AC, Testing and commissioning of furniture works including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge.

Supplying, Installation, Lecture Record Studio room Testing and commissioning of Acoustic Wall peneling with Acoustic Door works, Acoustic tiles false ceiling, Studio Setup work, Studio lighting works, Grid system, Accessories, Power & Signal cabling system works including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge.

Supplying, Installation, Smart Class room Testing and commissioning of Acoustic Wall peneling works, Acoustic tiles false ceiling, Accessories, Power & Signal cabling system works including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge.
