Notes:- 1. The contractor should visit the site before quoting the tender to know the working condition of the station. 2. All requisite safely measures are to be adopted by contractor on site. 3. The contractor shall provide and deploy sufficient electrician (as approved by GE / Engineer in charge) shall report at 9:00 hrs to JE E/M / Engineer in Charge to collect the complaints job card in working days and complete the same completed within 24 Hrs. 4. The complaints shall be rectified within 24 Hrs if the complaints is/are not attended / not completed within 24 Hrs (Except repair/replacement of major items) recovery will be done at Rs 500 per complaint per day. 5. For major parts like replacement of MCB, DBs, MCCBs etc should be rectified within 3 working days, if the contractor not rectify within time then recovery will be done at Rs 1000 per complaint per day. 6. After completion of job work complaint, the contractor has to produce job card duly signed by user & JE / Engineer in Charge. 7. If contractor failed to provide their electrician to attend the complains then recovery will be done at Rs 1000 per day. 8. The contractor should procure minimum 50% of the materials for all items as per BOQ (Other than paints) mentioned in this CA, within 20 days after getting sample approval and kept in safe custody so that no delay in work due to non-availability of materials will be faced. Contractor should ensure during the cause of work that he has minimum 25% of materials with him till the completion of work. If contractor fail to complete the work within contract due to lack of fittings a penalty of 20% shall be applicable on quoted rates by the contractor. 9. In repair works, rate quoted for demolition /dismantling /taking down is deemed to be inclusive of removing the same from site and station. 10. In maintenance works, the contractor should maintain separate registers for repair works. Day to day complaints should be noted in those registers with SI nos of complaints, location qty of work, status of complaints and signature of in charge and stamp of the office. Formal will be given from concern AGE office. The contractor should obtain the signature of in charge on the same day of work. These register to be submitted to JE (E/M) on every weekend without fail. 11. The contracts involving working at elevated locations of buildings, contractor should ensure proper safety arrangements as per norms. Wearing safety belts and helmets are mandatory. A penalty of Rs 1000 per day will be recovered from contractor if safety norms are not followed.

Supply and fix in repair LED flood light 70 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant with driver and lamp. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Ser Item No. 1 here-in-before but of 100 Watts.

Supply and fix in repair LED street light fitting 45 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 66 protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Wipro Skyline or equivalent of Havells/Bajaj/CG/ Philips.

S&F (in replacement) Octagonal shaped GI hot dipped electric pole, Polished finished (7 metre long) Single arm bracket complete with RCC base, bolts, nuts, washers and base plates complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge including for the following:-

(a) Excavation in post hole not exceeding for pole foundation & getting out in soft loose soil, returning, filling in the excavated soil after fixing the pole in foundation, ramming earth around in layers n.exc 25 cm thick and disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 metres. (b) M&L for Providing RCC foundation as per manufacturers design upto GL including Nuts, bolts, washers and base plates of suitable size and length for grouting in as per manufacturer's design. (c) M&L for painting of pole externally with one coats of black bituminous paint (upto planting depth if required) and above plinth block/ concrete collar with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces including Strips of 30 cm wide sky blue floursent and reflactor bands 3 Nos in alternate layers upto the height of 1.5 Mtr above plinth block. Materail and labour for disconneting electric supply and removing street light fitting and bracket and fixing the same after fixing of new pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F of LED Bollard light of 8 Wattage aesthitically designed aluminium landscape IP65 protection luminaire powered by built in, isolated electronic LED driver fixed on PCC block including of accessories for fixing by means of 3 Nos M10 bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make : Havells BAMBOO LED BOLLARD or equivalent of Crompton or Wipro

S&F of LED Post top lanterns of 45 Wattage aesthitically designed aluminium landscape and heat sink for thermal management IP66 protection luminaire powered by built in, isolated electronic LED driver in metal housing mounted on pole mounting suitable for 76 mm fixed on PCC block including of accessories for fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. S&F post top lantern LED type 20 watt 230 watt volts AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP 65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp including provision of mounting pole of suitable Dia & Height all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete. S&Ffor 80mm dia bore tubes, 'light grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls/ poles or laid in trenches/ floors for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and connect PVC insulated, PVC Sheathed flat twin core cable with stranded aluminium conductor of size 2.5 sqmm including takingdown existing unserviceable wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Finolex/ Polycab/ Havells

Supply and fix in repair of automatic street light switch using infrared sensor based on nature switch and voltage monitoring system (VMS) series for automatic switching of street lights. Nature switch operation should be based on nature light lux level. Required illumination level for switching ON is <30 lux and for switching OFF >10 lux.VMS should have adjustable over & under voltage trip level and protection against phase loss, neutral loss & phase reverse. The nature switch along with suitable power contactors , incoming and outgoing MCBs should be enclosed in a pole/ wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof , electric shock proof and FR grade SMC junction box with hinged lid confirming to IP 54 complete all as specified for the following: - (a) Suitable of three phase load of 8-12 kw with contactors (single phase 3Nos), incoming& Outgoing MCB SP (6 Nos),rating of 32 Amps per phase & circuit wiring of min 10 sqmm. Supply and fix in repair of Nature switch - 02 (senser ) Nature switch operation should be based on nature light lux level. Required illumination level for switching ON is <30 lux and for switching OFF >10 lux along with part night operation facility of min 4 hours and maximum 12 hours complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair of Contactor 1 phase 40 amps for street light timer (Make- L&T or equivalent as approved) in existing panel/ location and connection incl necessary alteration in panel/ door as required for proper fixing & connection complete all as specified and directed.

Suply and fix in replacement of MS bracket for mounting flood light fitting made out of MS angle iron of size 40x40x6 mm of length not less than 1.0 mtr, fixed to pole/ earth and grout using pcc & clamp, nut & bolts including painting of bracket with one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of rigid PVC conduit 'medium grade' of size not less than 25 mm bore incl fittings, ISI marked, fixing with PCC pole/ steel tubular pole for wiring connection from pole box to light fitting and supporting with 03 Nos GI strip clamp , nut bolt and complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for cutting/pruning of tree branches along seccurity light pole around 2 mtr radius of security light fitting and removing from site including arrangement of T&P (i.e Axe , rope ) and safety equipments complete all as specified and directed.

M&L GI Pipe Bracket made out of Galvanised Iron Tubing 40mm bore (dia), light grade, 1.50 Metre long bent to shape as per specified for fixing Street Light Fitting including suitable size of clamps and applying Two coats of Aluminium Paint over a coat of Aluminium Primer including taking down old unserviceable GI Pipe Bracket with clamps, complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Jindal / Tata/ Prakash / Surya

M&L for painting of pole externally with one coats of black bituminous paint (upto planting depth if required) and above plinth block/ concrete collar with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces including Strips of 30 cm wide sky blue floursent and reflactor bands 3 Nos in alternate layers upto the height of 1.5 Mtr above plinth block complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Labour only for dismantling, taking out and checking the serviceability of different spares/ components/ parts of security light/ Aviation light/ post top light/ Garden light fittings (LED, HPSV, HPMV, Metal Halide, Aviation light fittings etc, any wattage/capacity) of any description and in any position, replacement of un-serviceable/damaged/ broken part(s) either in single or in combination, re-assembling the fittings and making the light fittings serviceable, fixing the fittings in position, cleaning acrylic/ glass cover connecting to electric supply and its testing on installation including depositing the US fittings to MES Store for further use etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note:- (a) Necessary T&P, Safety Belt, Aluminium Ladder, etc. will be arranged by the Contractor and cost for the same shall deemed to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate. (b) The Quoted Unit Rate shall deemed to be inclusive of attending any breakdown of Street/ Security Lights during day/night. Contractor has to arrange one team on all working day as per site requirement and all necessary T&P and equipments for remove the breakdown. Fault will be intimated through Telephone/ SMS to the contractor or his authorised representative. (c) Any Materials replaced which are not specified in SCHEDULE OF CREDIT will be deposited to MES Store Yard without any extra Cost to the Department.

Supply and fix in repair of electronic driver suitable for LED street/flood Light Fitting of capacity 100 to 200 Watt, complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Philips/Havells/ Crompton Greaves as per Light Fittings MAKE as per approved.

Supply and fix in repair of electronic driver suitable for 30 to 100 Watt LED street light/flood light fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Philips/Havells/ Crompton Greaves/ Wipro/Bajaj/Surya as per Light Fittings MAKE as per approved.
