Supply, fabrication and erection strengthening of Each Verticle ONLY U1-M1 & U13-M13 as per approved drawing steel members of built up section made up of MS plates of different thickness and sizes, trusses and framed work, staging etc. including cutting, bending, straightening, drilling, hoisting, fixing, erecting, welding, bolting etc., as per approved drawing by welding and bolting with nuts and bolts having HSS property class 10.9 conforming to IS: 4000-1992 IS: 1367 part III - 2002 bolting. This rate also includes painting with one coat of ready mix paint Zinc Chromate priming (IS:104) followed by one coat of ready mix paint red-oxide Zinc Chrome priming paint (IS:2074) and two coat Aluminium paint (IS: 2339). Structural steel should conform to IS:2062 E250- Grade'B0'. The erection and fixing work should be executed with/without traffic block as per site condition and as directed by Engineer-in- charge at site. Rate includes cutting of new steel work, removal of rivets by drilling, dismantling of any existing members if required for inserting fabricated members, fixing of new fabricated built up members with all tools, plants, labour, consumables, machinery, lighting arrangement for night, Generator for power, sufficient scaffolding as per working site requirement and other accessories etc. Work will be executed as per IRS:B 1-2001. Note: 1) Steel, Nuts and bolts , painting as per specification are included in the rate. 2) All testing charges of steel, Nuts and bolts, paints, UT for steel plate & welding and DPT for welding are included in this rate. 3) Weld should confirm to IS: 816, IS: 9595. 4) No extra payment will be done on the same. Span on steel girder bridges as per approved drawing with structural steel conforming to IS:2062 including welding / bolting, drilling including painting with one coat of ready mix paint Zinc Chromate priming to IS:104 followed by one coat of ready mix paint red-oxide Zinc Chrome priming paint to IS:2074 and two coat Aluminium paint to IS: 2339. Structural steel should conform to IS:2062 E250- Grade'B0'. Fabrication and erection is to be done as per existing drawing during the sanctioned traffic block if required. Rate includes cutting of new steel work, of new fabricated built up members with all tools, plants, labour, consumables, machinery, lighting arrangement for night, Generator for power, sufficient scaffolding as per working site requirement and other accessories etc. and lead, lift, including all type of taxes.
