Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Providing inspection chambers of various sizes using 9” thick brick walls using second sort table moulded chamber burnt bricks of sizes 9”x 4½”x3” in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) and placing inside with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three P.sand) 20mm thick and outside surfaces in C.M. 1:5 (One cement and five P.sand) 12mm thick. A precast cover slab of 75mm thick shall be provided for the chamber. The rate includes necessary earth work excavation to the required depth, Plain Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One cement five sand and ten aggregate) 75mm thick etc., complete with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer,i/c 60 x 60 x 120 cm (Inner Dimension).,

Supplying, laying and jointing 200mm dia Un-Plasticized Non-Pressure polyvinyl Chloride (PVC-U) pipes of approved best quality as per IS 15328/2003 and SN8-SDR-34 (S16.5), providing leak proof joints with PVC adhestive etc., including fixing to the walls with necessary T.W. plugs, brass screws mild steel clamps etc., and giving connection to the sanitary fittings including dismantling brick masonry / RCC works / roof slab etc., spigot and socket ends in dry condition and laid in loose joints, laying the pipe in true alignment and gradient with necessary tools and plants, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Random rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) for foundation and basement using new stones and bond stones at every 10 meter including simultaneous pointing in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five P.Sand). The rate includes cost of material, conveyance, labour and scaffolding charges wherever necessary etc ., complete.

Casting and fixing of RCC precast slab of 100mm thick in cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement two sand and four aggregate) using 20mm size hard broken stone jelly and river sand including the cost of reinforcement grills (The reinforcement grills the rate of 100 Kg / M3 of RCC and fabrication charges, moulding, curing finishing charges and fixing in position neatly etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer,i/c.,
