Dismantlling of existing old Lift & its accessories and Shifting etc. as reqd.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut,bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supply of Copper stranded conductor, XLPE Insulated, cores laid up, PVC tape/Extruded Innersheathed for Multicore Cables , Armoured (galvanised steel strip), extruded PVC Type ST2 sheathed, 650/1100V grade as per IS 7098(Part 1) 1988 for following sizes ( with batch tested and certified by NABL accredited lab as in case required by Engineer-in-charge). (Refer Clause 10 A for testing and quality of material) (Size: 4 x 16 sqmm)

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. upto 35 sq.mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 10W LED Bulk Head in PDC Housing, System Lumen Output >120 Lm/W, LED Driver should be constant current type, Driver Isolated Type, THD<10%, CRI>80, CCT 5700 ANSI BIN, Operating Voltage 120V to 270V, 100V Sustain upto 48 Hrs, Surge Protection 4KV, PMMA/PS Diffuser, LED Source >50000 Burning Hrs @L70, LM79 Report from In House NABL Lab is must and LM80 Report from LED Manufacturer, Luminaires & Driver shall have the BIS Certified (R- Number)(5 years Manufacturer Warranty mandatory) All luminaires & drivers shall be BIS registered. ( with batch tested and certified by NABL accredited lab as in case required by Engineer-in-charge). (Refer Clause 10 A for testing and quality of material)

Supplying and fixing following way, vertical type, sheet steel, TPN DB having MCCB as incomer, 415 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar,interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCCB/RCCB/Isolator) 4 way, Double Door

Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections as required 200 A, 36KA, FPMCCB

Supplying and fixing following rating, double pole, (single phase and neutral), 240V, residual current circuit breaker(RCCB), having a sensitivity current 30mA in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. 25 A

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, (three phase and neutral), 415V, residual current circuit breaker(RCCB), having a sensitivity current 30mA in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. 63 A

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit as required. 2 x 1.5 sq.mm + 1 x 1.5 sq.mm earth wire

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre. of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.Two coats.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture, joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.Granite stone slab of colour black, Cherry/Ruby red Area of slab upto 0.50 sqm

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate,including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete

Reinforced cement concrete work in chimneys, shafts, up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Providing and fixing doublescaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven storey height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding
