Taking down carefully aluminum/copper point wiring (light fan socket or power) complete , including fixutre and fittings such as switches, sockets, regulators, lamp holders, luminaries, ceiling roses complete and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floor to match with existing specification complete and all as specified and removing from site.

M&L point wiring with 1.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor 1100 volts. grade FR PVC insulated unsheathed cable with proper colour coding drawn in including PVC concealed conduit not less than 20 mm dia with all accessories and FR PVC insulated 1.5 Sqmm multi standard sheathed copper wire for continues earth, sunk in cast iron/Pressed steel terminal boxes 60 mm deep & 1.6 mm thick duly painted with aluminum inside and anticorrosive paint out side/PVC polycarbonate PVC rectangular block 50 mm deep, including 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc connecting earth and making good to the disturbed surface of wall/floor and matching with existing specifications. Connections of cable with MCB's or bus bar shall be done through proper size copper/brass thimbles. Make Polycab/Finolex/RR Kablel/Grandlay. Note :Conduit shall be fixed on surface of roof with necessary saddles where concealing of conduit is not feasible at no extra cost for the following :-

One light /fan point controlled by one switch

One 5 pin socket outlet 5 Amps on independent board

One 5 pin socket outlet 5 Amps on same board

All as per item No 2 above but with 2.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade FR PVC insulated sheathed cable with FR PVC 1.5 Sqmm multi standard insulated unsheathed copper wire for continues earth on independent board .

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode size 600x600x6.0mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground levels with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected to and including galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel and GI pipe light grade 20mm dia bore for watering funnel with wire mesh.
