Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for laying/ taking out of pipe in soft/loose soil, complete all as directed

Returning/ refilling in trenches including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as directed.

Removal of excavated surplus soil not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point, complete all as directed

Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 900X900X900 mm (internal dimensions), one brick thick wall in cement mortar 1:4 on 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 internally an extrernally upto 150 mm below GL, providing 3.0 mm thick MS sheet valve pit cover cover, welded with 40X5 mm flat iron frame alround incl provn of hinges, handle and locking arrangements and 40X40X6 mm angle iron frame fixed on top of vavle pit by means of holdfast 150 mm embedded in PCC 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) block of size 230X200X100 mm, applying two coats of anti-corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after prep of all exposed to steel surfaces incl necessary excavation & earth work in soil complete all as specified and directed.
