Supply and fix electric water heater instant type of 3 litre capacity BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc. complete all as Specified.

M&L in replacement Sub main wiring concealed with 4 sqmm (Nominal area) with two runs of single core cable PVC insulated FRLS multistrand unsheathed copper conductor cable including 1100 V grade, drawn through Conduit including 4 sqmm (nominal area) single core PVC insulated multistrand unsheathed copper conductor as earth wire and duly connected to all common earth point all as Specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix MCB protected modular AC/Geyser box complete with and including 6 pin socket, plug top, modular cover plate, mini MCB SP 20 Amp capacity and PVC gang box etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L 'U' PVC pipe with all fitting/fixture on wall/ floor of 15mm dia pipe ISI marked complete all as Specified.

Cutting chases for concealed water tubing and making good to match with existing surface, cutting exc 10 cms and not exc 20 cms girth and making good with cement mortar and glazed tiles 6-7mm thick to match with existing surface complete all as Specified.

S&F bib tap 15mm bore of cast copper alloy (heavy duty) CP fancy type scrwed to iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stop cock of 15 mm dia cast copper alloy (heavy duty) CP fancy type screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Wall fan 230Volts single phase oscillating 450mm sweep suitable for wall mounting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE. Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated, un-sheathed and stranded copper conductor cable ISI marked, in & including PVC surface casing and caping including 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated, un-sheathed and stranded copper conductor cable ISI marked as earth wire, connecting to common earth dolly with thimble, including PVC box of suitable size for one 3 pin, 06 Amps socket outlet point on independent board controlled by one, one way 06 Amps switch, and making good surface as original by plastering and whitewash/ colour/ distemper etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.
