Pumpout out all water from Under ground sump / storage tank / flood water storage sump of 50000 gallons capacity cleaning the internal surfaces of by scrapping down / brushing and removing all silt, dirt, algae etc from walls, floors, washing / cleaning with water and bleaching powder and applying one coat of white wash to all internal surfaces of floor, walls and ceilings and one coat of cement base paint to all external surfaces including top surfaces of OH tanks and including preparing old steel surfaces and applying one coat of anti corrosive bituminous paint on all old steel surfaces such as vent pipes, inlet, outlet pipes, ladder of the following capacities complete all as directed . Note:- (a) Rate quoted is deemed to include painting to obliterate labels using black paint same as existing dimensions and writing particulars etc using white paint with height of letters same as existing writing and painting of hash markings of water level indicator. (b) The contractor shall provide all mandatory safety and precautionary measures for the labour to work in enclosed spaces and prevent asphyxiation. (c) All dirt, muck and growth removed during cleaning shall be disposed off away from MD land. (d) The contractor may use mechanical machinery in the cleaning process.
