Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc. 15cm thickness (above or below ground level) and removing debris from site of work to out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and in any situation complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern as in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated etc) sheet as in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes ) each not exc 0.5 cum, getting out as in hard / dense soil, returning, filling in & ramming earth in layers not exc 25 cm thick watering & removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m & making good the diturb surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor, path and paving etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 50 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate), as in plinth protection finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in any description not otherwise specifically provided for and removing materials from site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plastering including existing roof treatment removing all rubbish off the premises, as per the direction, cleaning throughly washed with water to remove dust etc complete all as specied and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1(using 20mm graded stone aggregates) for filleting, benching, slightly rounding or chamfering on edges, filling undulations / depressions in roof surface, providing concrete platform for tanks wherever required as directed.

M&L 20mm thick plastering in cement mortar (1:4) on PCC using water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement as in roof slab complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item here-in-after)

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to IS-2645 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying evenly a coat of Blown hot bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Applying a layer APP based Polymeric membrane, 3.0mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.0 Kg/Sqm (reinforced) with polyster Non woven fabric weighnig not less than 150 gms/Sqm by Torch application. The overlap shall be minimum 100 mm on Transverse direction and 75 mm on longitudinal direction and sealing overlap. (Make:STP or equivalent)

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting / dado, as on slab, or in pillars or on cooking platforms etc , laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete fixed over and including backing coat of 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for kerb stone of size 300 x 300 x 100 mm at side of interlocking paver block complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 80mm thickness (M-35 grade) prepolished (Coloured) precast concrete inter locking paver block of any size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of joined with grey cement and matching pigment laid over sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling including spreading, levelling, watering and consolidation in layers n. exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete (1:3:6), Type C2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, mould, mitred / stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE:- Only inner girth to be measured and paid).

M&L providing plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, copings etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing of any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MS angle iron in fencing posts & struts including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary, drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or of hollow sections etc with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone agggrgate) as in foundation of rails post etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 10 mm dia MS round bars for tightening of chain link fencing woven through chain link & fitted complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Chequered Cement concrete coloured tiles of 30 cm x 30 cm x 20 mm thick, glossy finished set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 10 mm thick vitrified ceramic tiles (Square /Rectangular) polished of any shade , area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, as in FLOOR etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colured cement to match, over and including 20 mm thick cement screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (Square /Rectangular)polished of any shade, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm as in SKIRTINGS etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colured cement to match, including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

M &L welding in repairs exc 2.5 cm but n.exc 5.0 cm in length of thickness of metal n.exc 6mm complete all as specified and directed.

Running welding in repairs of metal thickness to be welded n.exc 6mm complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing chain link fabric fencing made of GI wire of dia 4mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5mm in required colour and shade of required width in mesh size 50x50mm including strengthening with 2mm dia 6 Nos wire and nuts, bolts and washers as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based (Trapezodial shaped) corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick (pitch centre to centre 200-205mm and height of corrugation 28.5mm) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed.

M&L for 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets as in roofs, walls etc. fixed with L-type or J-type or crancked hook bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates of Gde Fe-410-W(Gde-E250) quality-A, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing new steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of cement base paint on newly plastered surfaces of wall after preperation of new surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying one coat of white wash on ceiling after preparation of old surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old steel surface of any descripton exc 10cm with or girth inculding preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old wooden surface of any description exc 10cm width or girth including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old surface of wall and applying of one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed

M & L for applying two coat of oil bound distemper over 3mm thick wall care putty and a coat of primer after complete removal of existing treatment on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing peepul or any type of shrubs / vegetations with root from wall, roof slab, over head tank portions, shafts, rain water pipe portions etc, and applying suitable chemical to the affected area to prevent further growth and making good damaged portions with PCC (1:2:4), B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Supply of rope, safety belts, helmets, ladder etc. for safety precautions shall be responsibility of contractor.

M & L for complete removal of existing finishes, upto any height, by scraping down of old decorative surface of walls with steel wire brushes of smoke spots, moulds, efflorescent salts and cutting/uprooting vegetations growth, including filling of spots with POP(plaster of paris) and applying of two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment and preperation of surface and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint (apex Ultima or equivalent) with approved colour and pattern over a coat of primer as on wall of bldgs/ Installations /settling tanks (2-3 mtr high) including necessary scaffolding and safety measures and procedure complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for treating the dampness of wall with Siliconate injection grout (The spacing of holes shall be 2 Nos holes in every 1m) by making 12mm to 15mm holes at an inclination of 455 degrees to the extent of 112 to 3/4 of the wall thickness and inject the diluted chemical liquid (1 :4) (Min 10 Ltrs), in the lowest possible point by using a pressure grouting machine with a pressure of approximately 3 Kg/sqcm till the point of return of liquid and seal the treated holes with suitable compound and washed thoroughly the treated areas with water complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment and preperation of surfaces and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint (apex Ultima or equivalent) with as approved in two colours and pattern over a coat of primer as on Overhead Service Reserviour (OHT) of height ( maximum 21.00 mtr). NOTE: Necessary scaffoldings and safety measures required for the job and payment of extra precuationary measures are borne by the Contractor. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
