Supply,Delivery,installation and commissioning of 'PASUMAI SEZHIPPU URAM, kiosk of size 1.8MX1.2MX2.4M using mild steel frames for support,plywoods,foam board panels,pvc sliding doors,floor finish with polyurethane sheet and table top finished with polished granite. The bottom and top frame is made using 80x40x5mm rectangular hollow pipe of 5m length bent across the required oval design using hydraulic machineries and welded together.the two frames are joined together using 8 nos 2.4m length 50mmx25mmx3mm rectangular hollow pipes. the top and bottom frames are fixed with another 80x40x3mm pipe provided with a groove on top to easy facilitate bearings of the sliding doors.The bottom of the frame is fixed with 19mm diamond cut plywood and a polyurethane sheet is fixed on top. tables on both sides are made by bending 40x40x3mm and bent according to the provided measurements. the top of the table pipes is finished with 25mm thick granites well polished and nosed. shelves are provided in the table using 12mm thick plywood with laminates on both sides. the top frame is fixed with 19mm plywood fitted with polyurethane sheet on top and foam board panels in the bottom.the centre of the top frame is fixed with pvc fluted panels to provide a finished look. The background of the kiosk is also fixed with 19mm foam sheets fixed together using screws and adhesive. Door is provided using bearings fixed inside sliding pvc foldable doors to provide a sliding effect and the doors are slid through the channels provided adjacent to the top and bottom frames.The top frame is fixed with ceiling mounted 18w light fittings and rope lights are fixed accordingly. provisions for wall mounted fans and illuminated sign boards are also provided. The materials used are to be got approved by departmental officers before use on work.

Providing Base foundation for the kiosk setup using 100x100x5mm mild steel square hollow pipe welded on the base frame and fiwed to the floor by digging the ground upto 30cm and laying concrete etc., complete
