Providing and fixing of Sign Board with retro reflective letters on ACP and front lit lighting arrangements for the Office of the Sr.DDG, DoT, Odisha LSA.

Providing & fixing of sign board with a corrosion resistant 3mm thick exterior quality blue Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) in face, letters and logo/emblem made made of high quality retro reflective film of approved colours and shades with back frame made of 50mmXx25mm Gr.B non-corrosive stainless steel hollow bars. Legends , letters, numerals and borders etc should be as per the design and specifications as per the DoT. The retro reflective letters/logo shall have a pressure-sensitive adhesive of the aggressive-tack type requiring no heat, solvent other preparation for adhesion to a smooth clean surface, in a manner recommended by the sheeting manufacturer. The ACM (Aluminium Composite Materials) shall be fixed on the front frame of stainless steel frame with riveting/ bolting and the signage board is to be fixed on existing MS channel/Angle iron structure with nuts and bolts. The rate shall include all materials, labour, T&P, transportation, installation and incidentals all complete as per the drawing and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (The signage will contain texts in Odia, Hindi and English (white letters on Blue back ground with coloured Logos of DOT & Govt. of India etc.)

Painting of the MS channel / Angle iron structure for the above signage board with two coats of primer and two coats of weather proof enamel paint etc. as required.

Making 1:3:6 cement concrete foundations for the MS channel structure of the signage board of size (450mm (B) X 450mm(W) X 450m(H)) below ground level and (450mm (B) X 450mm(W) X 300m(H)) above ground level i/c excavation and refilling the excess portion of the pits by loose soil etc. as required

Supply and fixing of outdoor type 30watt LED light fitting for billboard with inbuilt electronic driver suitable for operation on 240 volts 50HZ AC supply. The light fitting should be sleek and light weight with secondary optics made of pressure die-cast housing with IP65/66 ratings. (Make- Phillips/Bajaj/Crompton/Havells/SS)

Supply and fixing of bracket arm for billboard light fittings with adjustable mounting and provision for fixing on the existing MS channel/angle structure etc. as required.

Supply and laying of 3nos X1.5sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor cable 20mm dia flexible GI pipe i/c connection etc. as required.

Supply of 2 core 6 sqmm size PVC / LT XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed Aluminium conductor armoured cable 650/1100 V. grade confirming to IS : 7098 (Part-1) 1988 i/c transportation to respective sites etc. as required for replacement of faulty/burnt out cables.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size up to 35sqmm as per the following manner as required.

On surface of the wall with GI saddles

In masonry open duct / In Air

Supply and making end terminations with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 2X6sqmm (19mm) size of PVC / LT XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed aluminium conductor armoured cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supply of 32mm dia medium class GI pipe along with accessories for protection of the electric cable etc. as required. (Jindal/Tata/Nizon)

Laying/fixing of the 32mm dia GI pipe as per the following manner for laying of cable etc. as required.

Horizontally in ground below 0.6 mtr i/c excavation and refilling the trench etc.

Vertically along with the surface of wall with suitable size clamps, screws and sleeves etc. as required.,

In road crossings below 0.5M by cutting the CC and making good the damages as required.

Supply and fixing of weather proof feeder panel (450mmX400mmX200mm) made of 18 SWG GI sheet with lockable doors for housing the power supply module of the signage board i/c fixing on wall etc. as required.
