INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

S&F energy saving LED Tube light 20 watt fitting ultra slim LED lightening fixture with high lumen output, environmental friendly, energy efficient, ready to use pack,complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(i) Driver and Luminaire shall be of same manufacturer. (ii) LM-79 certificate for all light fittings shall be submitted by the contractor before fixing at site or taking payment against material. (iii) System Officacy should be more than 100 lumens/watt. (iv)CRI should be more than 80. (v) THD should be less than 20%. (vi) PF should be more than 0.95.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supply and fix Sluice Valve,flanged, 100mm dia PN 1.0 class with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Sluice Valve,flanged, 80mm dia PN 1.0 class with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting existing cast iron pipes for insertion of new tee/ branches etc sizes upto 100mm dia including jointing with lead etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of valve chamber of size 900x900x900mm (internal chamber), depth of chamber to be reckoned from the top of PCC fondation to top of the MS cover as 60 cm and including MS sheet cover fabricated from 3.15mm MS sheet and frame of angle 40x40xx6mm with fixing arrangement, hinges and locking arrangement and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS cover and frame, including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m, 150mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, brickwork in cement mortar(1:6), 15mm thick plastering in CM(1:4) internally and externally,100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

S&F PVC insulated and sheathed aluminium conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm 2 core from junction box to street light fitting, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC Sintex box having aluminium bus bar suitable for street light connections including single pole MCB of rating 6 Amps,2.5 Sqmm copper conductor for connection and fixing arrangements to pole, complete all as specified and directed.

Design,manufacturing , supplying and installing in correct alligned position making proper connections, testing and commissioning of energy meter panel for accommodation of 04 nos of electric meter suitable for 415 V, 4 wire 50 Hz for distribution system. Panel should be indoor IP-42 rating free standing, floor mounted, sheet metal clad, cubical,dust and vermin proof type compact design fabricate of 2mm CRCA sheet complere adequate of incoming and outgoinfg feeder cable alloy proper locking arrangement, transparent glass for checking of reading,painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer,earthing numbering,danger plate including including necessary earthing and PCC work for erection of panel, complete all as specified, directed and as follows- (i) Aluminium bus bar 4 NOs, 200Amp, capacity 25 KA-02 Nos (ii)Incomming MCCB 63 Amp 4 pole 16 KA-01 No (iii) MCB SPN 32 Amp 230 V 16 Ka-04 NOs (iv)MCB SPN 10 Amp 230V,16 Ka-01 No (iv) Internal wiring with 6 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conducter.

S&F street light GI pipe bracket 50mm dia 1.50m length(ISI) marked,light grade, bent to shape with two MS clamp, nuts and bolts duly painted, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of LT Panel of suitable size for 3 phase 415 volts outdoor type made out of 3.15mm CRCA sheet of sides of the panel board, insulated with PVC sleaves and coloured with(red, yellow, blue amd black) CTR and internal wiring with suitable size of PVC insulated copper wire, use with angle iron 50X50X6mm frame bottom of the panel board, grouted by using PCC foundation 1:2:4 type C1 with 20mm graded stone aggregate, thimbling and cable entry boxes with cable gland and aluminium bus bar should be 1.5 time from the main incomming:- (a) MCCB 4 pole 160 Amp 50 KA-01 No(Incomming) (b) MCB TPN/FP 40-100 amp-06 Nos(Outgoing) (c)Voltmeter digital type (d)Ampere meter 0-100 Amp-01 No (e)Indicator lamp RYB(03 nOS)- 01 Set (f)CT's of suitable cap

S&F cable route indicator made out of cast Iron and embedded LT cable on the plate of size 80mm dia 5mm thick and grouting lug of suitable size including grouted in PCC foundation of suitable size, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring of any size of pipe below the road for passing of cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Shifting of LT Panel from one to another location approx 30 mtr away from the existing location with the help of T&P including disconnecting of all cable connections,dismantling of PCC, reinstalling panel with PCC and connections and testing complete all as specified and directed. (Note:Rate of PCC is deemed to be included in the quoted rate)

DEMOLITION AND DISMANTLING

Taking down flushing cistern and flush pipe of any description/capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of any length, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of Kitchen Plate Rack of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of SS Grating, 125mm size, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of PVC flushing Cistern 10ltrs capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of looking Mirror of any type, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down submain wiring 2.5/4/6 sqmm alongwith conduits/casing caping etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of DBs any type SPN/TPN alongwith isolators,MCBs any type etc, compete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Electric Meter any type and deposited to E/M store, compete all as specified and directed.

Taking out carefully earthing set complete of any type including earthing wire/strip complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down GI pipe 80mm dia from trenches/walls/roofs/floor etc including including cleaning for refixing or removal and making good disturbed area (surface of a floor) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Gate Valve 25mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down LT Cable 1100 volts grade heavy duty UG cable XLPE/PVC of size 185 sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old Cable retreived will be taken on charge by the deptt.

Taking down LT Cable 1100 volts grade heavy duty UG cable XLPE/PVC of size 35 sqmm to 16 Sqmm 2 to 4 core, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old Cable retreived will be taken on charge by the deptt.

Demolition of RCC pole 9mtr alongwith Junction box, bracket, fitting, GI fitting and service wire complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/Taking out of old bricks , complete all as specified and directed. .

ARBORICULTURE

Provision of plants at site, stacking and plantation with good earth mixing with manure including watering till the plant grows to healthy permanent plant(perinial) as specified of following species. All plants/shrubs must be approved before planting. Maintenance of all lawn including watering, cleaning, weeding including supply of good soil and manure if needed watup to avoid animal entry, cutting lawn hedge, breeper, ground cover, shrubs trees and remain responsible for replacement of dead plants, shrubs and other casulaties for a period of one year after completion of work.
