M&L for rendering CM (1:6) 10 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces etc including finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 5mm thick on ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 finished fair and even smooth without using extra cement etc built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surface walland applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion on walls over a coat of primer incl 1mm thick wall care putty on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surface and applying three coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) area exc 1.5 sqm and not n.exc 4.0 sqm (including make good with CM 1:4 and hold fast) complete all as specified and directed.

T profile (One vertical length in between two shutters) (60mmx71mm)Glazing bead corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. making arrangement for fixing of hardware EPDM gasket + -0.2 mm thick galvanised steel frame (28mmx21.5mrn) sash (31mmx27mm) 'T' profile (27mmx17mm) to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fastners. Hardware: [ casement door handle both side made of zinc alloyed (while powder coated) Corner strikers: Cyilnder. Door transmission gear made of mild steel with multi point locking system with strikes, 3D hinges of zinc alloyed (white powder) and 5.5 mm thick glazing with selected quality glass. The unit rate quoated by contractor includes cost of glass and includes all and includes all other connected accessories & making good with which is required in PCC/RCC/plaster.
