Job work for consultancy of DPR for provn of sewage associated work from SMQ and OTM to nearest BMC drainage lines at Kalina

Preparation of DPR comprising following scope of work. (a) Detailed site survey for existing sewage network and proposed sewage network over an approx. area of 16 acres with soil investigation for manholes, sewage lines etc as required. LS-1 (b) Preparation of proposed sewage network and hydraulics design calculation along with scheme of execution from old to new sewage system. LS-1 (c) Preparation of hydraulic, architectural and structural drawing and design of pumping stations (02 Nos) and sump (02 Nos) with screen chamber etc including soil investigation at concerned locations. The same shall also include design of the diesel driven sewage pumps with respect to the capacity etc as applicable. LS-1 (d) Preparation of detailed estimates based on MES SSR 2010 and present market variation floated by HQ CE(AF) Gandhinagar along with market analysis of assessed items if any. LS-1 (e) Vetting of all structural drawings and designs from IIT/Government Engineering College. LS-1 NOTES; (i) Collection of present and future population data and design with respect to the same shall be followed. (ii) Collection of existing water supply and sewage data to be done. (iii) Drawing of existing/ proposed sewage layout and architectural/ structural to be submitted in tracing as well as Auto Cadd format. (iv) Pumping stations are proposed to be located at Kalina Air Force Camp and inside Kalina Army Camp prior to VIP gate. The design of pipeline size between the pumps along with that from Army Camp pump to BMC manhole proposed to be located at the VIP gate, layout and marking of the same on overall plan along with levels and other data as necessary, and all other design requirements as mentioned in the BoQ shall be deemed to be a part of the job and no extra claims shall be entertained on this account. (v) The bidder is advised to understand the locations and see the same on ground before quoting.
