Item No. 45 : M&L Brick work using old size bricks with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 46 : Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls or wall tiles etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 47 : M&L for rendering 10mm thick internal surfaces on fair faces of brick work in cm 1:6 as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Item No. 48 : M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, in two layers (1st layer 10 mm thiuck rendering coat and 2nd layer 5mm thick finishing coat) on brick work or concrete surfaces, second layer finishing coat mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml/ 50 kg bag of cement or as per manufacturers instructions and finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete. Note: liquid WPC will be measured and paid seperately.

Item No. 49 : M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick or concrete surface of ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 50 : Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and / or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts complete as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. (50 mm average thickness).

Item No. 51 : Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer- in - Charge. (Bars above 12 mm diameter)

Item No. 52 : Providing & applying two coats of anti corrosive protective coating (CBRI / CSIR technology) for reinforcement bars by brush. Sprinkle dry sand when second coat is tacky so as to get rough surface.

Item No. 53 : Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer - in - charge. Note: measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and / or the 75 mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N/Sqmm2). (25 mm average thickness in 2 layers).

Item No. 54 : Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer - in - Charge complete in all respect. SBR Polymer (@10% of cement weight) modified cementitious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer.

Item No. 55 : M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & concrete and applying 2mm thick wall care putty including preparation complete.

Item No. 56 : M&L for applying 2mm thick Birla / JK Putty in two layers on old wall surfaces including complete removal of existing wall finish of any type with wire brush, brooming, dusting and finally washing with water to clean the surface absolutely free from any kind of foreign materials and making good minor cracks etc. and surfaces absolutely even and smooth, rubbing with sand paper complete.

Item No. 85 : S & F as in repair 10 litre PVC valveless, syphonic action type, Dual type flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets

Item No. 86 : S & F as in repair soft closing white Seat Cover for EWC incl accessories complete all as spd.

Item No. 87 : M & L for repair of sunken slab as under :- (a) M & L for application of 1:3 cement – sand mortar, mixed with Sika Latex emulsion (300 gram in 1 Kg cement), as a coving at the corners of floor and the vertical surface in the sunken area and between floor and walls in the remaining area. (b) M & L for application of Sika Top Seal 109hi @ 2.20 Kg per Sqm each coat or as per manufacture instruction– acrylic based, ready to use, cementitious, water proof coating onto the prepared surface in a continuous film on the floor of the sunken area, taking the coating over the vertical surfaces on to the floor and over the coving on to the wall (before tiling) to at least 300mm above the final finished floor level. The coating shall also be continued on to the inner surfaces of the pipe penetration holes. Two coats shall be applied & fiber Glass Cloth to be laid in between coats. (c) M & L for application of Sikagard 694 F (I) @ 100 gram per Sqm or as per manufacture instruction, a moisture insensitive epoxy putty in a continuous, 10mm thick gasket around the pipes to a width of approximately 15mm. (d) M & L for application of protective screed concrete at a desired thickness admixed with Sika Cim Pink @ 100 gram per Sqm or as per manufacturer instruction

Item No. 88 : S & F stainless steel butt hinges, medium weight cold rolled of size 100 mm.

Item No. 95 : S & F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm single side prelam PVC sheet & edges will be painted to match with prelam sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing.

Item No. 96 : S & F Solid core PVC factory made Door shutter of 30mm (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain coloured PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stilesa and plain coloured PVC sheets for top rail, lock & bottom rail on either sides & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beeding and jointed together with solvent cement as pere specification and drawing.

Item No. 97 : S&F Mild steel framed works such as grills,gratings,etc, with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts, etc conforming to Fe 290 Gde -E-165.

Item No. 98 : Removing plants inciuding roots by dismantling of brick work /PCC/RCC inciluding necessary scaffolding any type, any location/height (i. e. roof parapet walls nearpipes etc )and applying acid after removing roots for preventing regrowthing and making good the disturbed portion using PCC 1:2:4 TYPE b-0 and plaster in CM 1:3 (Size of disturbed portion 150X150X200mm) complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 99 : M & L for cement concrete tile factory made with grey cement without pigment of size 300 mm X 300 mm X 20 to 25 mm thick machine processed factory made laid in neat cement slurry over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cm 1:4 mixed with chemical compound as per manufacturers and all as specified and directed

Item No. 100 : M&L for providing water proofing treatment over cleaned roof surfaces with super thermo APP modified water froofing membran comprssing of following for non-approachable roof: (i) Removal of existing roof treatment and cleaning sweeping and washing and down with water to remove all dust etc from plastred roof surfaces/wall and filling of crack with sealing compound etc. (ii) Bitumen based primer conforming to IS 3384-1965 at 0.30 kg per sqm. (iii) One layer of super thermo APP modified water proofing membran with non polyster reinforcement of Make (M/S STP texsa Ltd/hyperplus membrane of M/S IWL India Ltd. M/S STP and Tikki Tar Ltd ) 3mm thick and minimum weight @ 3.50 Kg/sqm laid with gas torch and fasted on roof surfaces with roller. The over laps shall be sealed by flame including vertical surfaces after cutting necessary grooving and making good with PCC gola 1:2:4 type B1 etc adhere to bitumen (application including side lap overlaps shall be provided not less than 10cm and jointed sealed with torch as per manufacturer instruction and as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Item No. 101 : Supply only liquid water proofing compound ISI marked.

Item No. 102 : M&L Chequred cement concrete tiles 20cmx20cmx25mm thick incl 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer with CM 1:4 complete.all as per direction of Engr -in -charge.

Item No. 103 : M & L for machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 104 : Sand filling under floors for cushioning of including watering and consolidation

Item No. 105 : M & L for Providing, cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary form work all as specified and as directed

Item No. 106 : M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor/plinth protection laid in suitable panels finished even and fair all as spd . 6mm Joints should be filled with bitumen mastic filling comprising of one part of heated bitumen 85/25 or 80/100 gde and three part of sand ( all by weight) complete.

Item No. 111 : M & L for Applying two coat of aluminium paint @ 0.20 kg/sqm per coat over bitumen layers as per manufacturer instruction specification.
