Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.Above 120 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Supplying and making outdoor cable end jointing with cast resin compound, including lugs and other jointing materials, for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required :300 sq. mm

Supply of following 11 KV (E) 300 sqmm grade XLPE cable as per IS 7098 - 1988 .HT cables shall be XLPE insulated of appropriate voltage class, armoured, multistrand alliminium conductor cables manufactured and tested as per IS 7098. Aluminimum used shall be H4 grade as Per IS 8130 stranded and compacted . The individual core shall be insulated with extruded XLPE material of highest quality. The cores single or multiple shall then be provided with binder, fillers, screen and extruded sheathing of heat resistant PVC. Maximum operating temperatures shall be 900C under normal conditions. Supplying and making straight through cable jointing with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including ferrules suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required :300 sq. mm (Make 3M/Raychem)

Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of Outdoor type 11 KV, 630A, 21kA/3Sec, 4 Way Outdooe, extensible motorised SCADA Compatible RMU consisting of 2 Incoming Isolators & 2 outgoing compact HT breaker panel with following details. 11KV, 21kA for 3 Sec, 3 Pole, 630A Vacuum Circuit Breaker in SF6 insulated gas tank with switching devices / 3 Pole Manual disconnector with low energy trip coil, auxiliary contact, operating handle, Mechanical emergency push button & counter breaker operation and ON/OFF push buttons, RYB phase indications and Inbuilt Current transformer with epoxy resin cast, rated voltage 11KV Self powered electronic series numerical protection relay providing over current & earth fault protection. HT breaker panel shall be outdoor type, free standing dust and vermin proof metal enclosed, compact panel with necessary CT units and protection system consisting of EF & OC relays with necessary control wiring, pressure relief vent, pressure gauge, gas filling valve, cable boots, cable clamps. RMU Panel suitable for termination of power cables & cable gland plates and other accessories as per MSEDCL specification. (make Scheidler electric/ABB/Siemens). Supplying, erecting, testing and commissioning 11KV HT metering cubical (compact / vertical type) approved by MSEDCL / licensee fabricated with 2 mm (14 SWG) M.S. sheets with supporting angle, painted with powder coating / epoxy paint of required shade, copper bus bar size 25 x 6 mm, heavy duty mechanical lock, with counter meter for measuring no of times the opening of meter door, top side cover (CT, PT cover) interlock with meter door, epoxy casted 3 nos. CT having required ratio between 50/5A, VA 10, Class 0.5S, epoxy casted 3 nos. PT having ratio 11000/V3/110/V3 VA 50, Class 0.5 suitable for provided trivector meter, and provision for incoming and outgoing cables complete duly tested by licensee with necessary test certificates and erected on provided plinth/ cc foundation. Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 Meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.
