Repairing and Renovation of Pump House cum Night Chowkidar Room

Dismantling of pucca flooring including sorting, screening, carriage and stacking serviceable materials at a safe place as directed.

Dismantaling of corrugated sheet roofing carefully and stacking materials including all local carriage as directed.

River sand filling in plinth, canal bed, canal slopes, bases of structure, etc in layers not more than 150 mm thick including necessary carriage, watering etc, complete as directed as specified.

Earthwork in filling in all soils in plinth, canal embankment and bed filling as per design section and grade by truck carriage for a minimum distance of 4 KM including paying compensation of earth obtained from private land if any loading, unloading, spreading the same including light jungle, removing trees upto 15 cm dia and uprooting roots and stumps etc. from the seat of the embankment, breaking clods not more than 10 mm cube, ramming, profiling etc. with all lift, complete as directed. (Payment will be made after deduction of 12.50 % shrinkage allowance from the gross quantity).

Earthwork in excavation trenches of walls, retaining walls, footing of columns, steps and septic tank including refilling (return filling) the quantity as necessary after completion of works, breaking clods in return filling, dressing, ramming, watering etc. and removal of surplus earth with all lead and lift upto 2 metre as directed and specified in following classification of soils, including bailing out of water where necessary upto depth below the existing ground level as mentioned in the approved drawing and complete as directed and specified. (A) In ordinary soil

Plain CC work in 40% plum hard blasted boulder of 15 cm to 23 cm size and filled interstices with 60% cement concrete in proportion 1:3:6 with 13 mm to 38 mm size stone aggregate including curing, shuttering etc, complete as directed. (Shuttering cost will be paid separately). (A) With hard blasted boulder

CC in RCC work as specified and directed and including curing etc. (reinforcemcnt and shuttering will be measured and paid separately), the fine aggregate shall be approved clear river sand of coarse variety and shall be 5 mm downward and not to be pass through a 25 IS sieve (width of apparatus is 0.25 mm) the coarse aggregate shall be cubical, hard perfectly clean and free from clay and adherents impurities and chemically inter broken stone chips of approved quantity and shall pass through 19 mm mesh without squeezing and be retained on 15 mm mesh.The fine and coarse aggregate shall be well graded and evenly distributed between the limits and mixes shall be made with adequate quantity of clean water required to have the strength as specified in IS Code.The rate is inclusive of cost of cube test before starting the work ie. 3 nos. per each lot of cement as directed and specified. In the ties and plinth beam in foundation shaped testing of column pile cap base slab retaining walls of septic tank inspection pit intercepting trap yard gully including formation of trap slap of septic tank etc. upto plinth level in prop 1:2:4.

Supplying fitting ,fixing and laying reinforcement (TATA) in position in RCC work including cutting, bending, cranking with two piles 0.91 M (20 BWG) annealed wire hooking tying, complete as directed.

Centering and shuttering including propping, nailing, bolting with earth oiling inside face etc and removal of forms after completion of C.C and R.C.C works etc. complete as directed. (Measurement to be taken on the face area timbered).

Brick work in cement mortar with 1st class brick as directed in foundation, retaining walls, plinth & steps including racking out joints & curing (i) In proportion 1:4

Providing and laying 25 mm thick artificial stone damp proof course as specified in proportion 1:2:4 with broken stone chips with "CICO' or other similar approved damp proofing compound.

Brick work in cement mortar with 1st class brick as directed above plinth level upto 1st floor level including racking out joints, curing and necessary scaffolding. (i) In proportion 1:4

12 mm cement plastering including clearing surface and curing, complete as directed. (ii) In cement mortar 1:4

Soling in foundation and under floor including filling interstices, ramming etc, complete as directed and as specified thickness. (i) 9 cm brick on flat including sand packing.

PIain cement concrete floor base of thickness 100 mm in proportion 1:3:6 with coarse aggregate of size 13 mm to 38 mm including curing etc, complete as specified.

Providing galvanized CI sheet roofing including supplying fitting and fixing necessary galved, screws /iron "J" hooks bolts and nuts with washers etc, complete as directed excluding cost of roof truss (measurement on net roof area) 0.63 mm thickness (24BWG).

Providing 0.63 mm thick galvanized iron ridging including suplying and fixing with necessary galvanized screw washer etc. (23 cm lapping).

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately). Providing fitting and fixing 1st class local wood for panelled / glazed doors and windows including supplying fitting and fixing iron fittings as detailed in APWD general specification except bim lock as directed. (iii) 1/3rd panel and 2/3rd glazed door (30 mm thick).

Plastic painting to the wall, ceiling, of the building including clearing the surface etc. ith approved plastic paints, complete as directed (Inner & outer Surface)

Providing and fixing plain multipurpose cement board (Hight pressure steam cured) with suitable screws for cement particle board in ceiling etc. complete (frame work to be paid seperatately). 6 mm thick Cement bonded wood particle board as per IS:14276

Supply, Fitting and Fixing Pre Cast CC Vantilator with Size:-900mm x 300mm completed as directed

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. 10.25.2 In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works
