Design, manufacture & Supply of 16M high mast system complete with all accessories. Mast shaft shall be in two sections, hot dip galvanised and suitable for wind velocity as per IS:875. It shall also include accessories for high mast inclduing head frame, steel wire rope 6 mm dia (SS) with electrically operated raising and lowering mechanism, luminaries carriage suitable to install 16 nos of LED Light fixtures in 0°-180°of horizontal plane and suitable counterweight in 180°-360°of horizontal plane with its accissories in symmetrical arrangement, double drum winch, 1.1 KV grade multicore copper conductor trailing cable, connector, junction box, lightening finial etc. The mast shall have an integral power tool motor, manual handle installed inside the base compartment for its operation including supply of :- a) Foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template (as per OEM standard). b) 5 core 4sq.mm. copper conductor flexible EPR/ PCP cotton braided LT trailing cable of suitable length for 16 mtr height apron high mast lighting tower including supply and fixing of 5 pin [3P + N + E] plug and GT connector with cable sleev complete as required.

Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of hot dipped galvanized octagonal Street light pole of 7 metre long made out of 3mm thick sheet having top dia 70 mm and bottom dia 130 mm with single arm of size 1 metre complete with 12 mm thick MS sheet base plate of size 220 mm X 220 mm i/c stiffner and 04 Nos. foundation bolts of size 20 mm dia and 750 mm long and door provision of size 75 x 400mm for cable entry as per techincal specification including errection on the existing CC pedestal etc complete as required. The pole shall be installed in RCC foundation 1:2:4 (i.e 1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone) of size 500 x 500 x 1000 mm including excavation & refilling in soil/hard rock/concrete with the help of breaker machine by laying iron barmesh fabricated with 8 mm, 10 mm & 12 mm dia iron bar as per the manufacturer design complete as required. (cost of the foundation to be included in the item)

Supply of outdoor type antiglare LED flood light fixture with lumen output ≥ 38000 lm, maximum power consumption not more than 400W and minimum lifetime of 50000 burning hours and having aesthetically designed single piece pressure die cast extruded aluminium/aluminium alloy housing, heat sink with general spread optics having IP-66 including accessories such as LED of approved make, electronic gear/driver with surge voltage, open/short circuit protections and power factor correction facility, suitable for mounting on carriage of High Mast lighting tower and on operating voltage of 140 V to 280 V AC and frequency 50Hz +/-5% etc. complete as per approved makes & enclosed technical specifications.

Supply of Pole mountable outdoor type 120Watt ± 10% (nominal) LED street light fixture with minimum lumens output of 11400 lumens, minimum lifetime of 50000 burning hours and having aesthetically designed pressure die cast extruded aluminium/ aluminium alloy housing, heat sink with general spread optics having IP-66 including accessories such as LED of approved make, electronic gear/ driver with surge voltage, open/ short circuit protections and power factor correction facility suitable for operation on 140 V to 280 V AC and frequency 50Hz +/-5% etc. complete as per approved makes & enclosed technical specifications.

Supply of "Integral LED Aviation Obstruction Light fitting" comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate encloser, heat sink, driver, surge protection system and suitable for mounting on carriage of High Mast lighting tower along with mounting pipe, clamps, connections etc. complete as per site requirements.

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 16M high mast system complete with all accessories including construction of shallow foundation with M20 grade concrete for the highmast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqmtr at 2 metre depth with all materials and labour as per manufacturers recomendations along with fixing of foundation bolts, trailing cable with plug and GT connector, installation of LED Flood Light luminiaries, LED Aviation obstruction light & its wiring, necessary wiring from junction box to indiviual luminaire & MCB in base compartment with all required accessories, terminations, connection etc. complete as required as per site requirement.

Supply and fixing of side hinged-door fixed with base SMC junction Box of size 250mmx200mmx100mm (Loop-in-Loop-out Box) on the GI pole with suitable size MS clamp including providing & fixing 63A, 4Pole connector (for loop in & loop out to terminate 2Nos, 4 core 25 sq. mm. armoured aluminum cable) and 6Amp SP MCB 'C' curve in din rail, Interconnection etc. as required. (Make: Sintex: model no. JS-JB-2520 or its equivalent)

Erection of LED street light fitting on existing pole of height upto 10mtr. from ground level including supplying and drawing three core 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor cable in the pole from fitting to pole junction box including connection, testing and commissioning etc. complete as required.

Feeder Pillar (HIGH MAST PANEL) Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of double door, weather proof, fully compartmentalised, free standing type, duly painted outdoor type feeder pillar/control cum power panel (IP 55 protection) fabricated from 2mm thick CRCA sheet and having 32 Amps TPN MCB Incomer, Single dial time Switch, 25 Amps TP Contactors for automatic switching of luminaires, two nos of power contactoros (25 Amps) and ON/OFF push buttons for lowering and raising of lantern carriage of high mast, suitable sizes power and control wirings, mounting legs (600 mm ), foundation connectors for power and control cables, R-Y-B indication lamps with control MCBs, power & control wiring and other required controls, switchgears and accessories required for satisfactory operation of high mast lighting tower.

Supply of following size XLPE insulated PVC sheathed Aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade confirming to IS 7098 (Part-I) with up to date ammendment etc. complete as required.

Supply of 50mm dia.(O.D.) HDPE pipe (High Density Polyethylene) of grade PE80, PN6 ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 4984:1995 with latest ammendments complete as required.

Laying of DWC/HDPE pipe (High Density Polyethylene) of 50mm dia. direct in ground up to a depth of 75 cm including excavation and refilling the trench complete with fitting, cutting and jointing etc. as required.

Laying of DWC/HDPE pipe (High Density Polyethylene) of 50mm dia. direct in ground up to a depth of 45 cm under hard/concrere/bituminous surface including breaking of all type of surface and repairing the same with providing and laying 100mm thick in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 ( i.e 1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone) including refilling the trench complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.
