FOAMED PVC DOOR FRAME Specification: Providing factory made pre-laminated FPVC (Formed Polyvinyl Chloride) Door Frame of the size 105 x 40mm with a wall thickness of 10mm made out of extruded rigid FPVC profile mitre joined with 6 Nos. of 5mm long screw. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall by using 80mm long screws through the frame with the help of PVC fasteners of 3 Nos. to be provided for each vertical member, GI stiffeners of ('U' channel of size 29 x 9, 1mm, 150mm long) - 3 Nos. at hinge point, frame reinforcement of ('U' GI channel of size 46 x 22 x 0.6mm), bottom tie rod of ('U' GI channel size of 15 x 15 x 1mm), etc., complete complying with the standard specification. Providing and fixing welded M.S. grills to the window openings,along the details as per drawing with necessary screws, bolts and fixed with necessary M.S. lugs embedded in masonry with C.C. 1:2:4 and finishing the surface neatly. Design of grills and the size of members to be used shall be got approval before put into use & as directed by the Client / Engineer-in-charge.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. ( The make quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the executive Engineer before use on works.)

Providing guildeline road marking kerb painting (special acrylic medium pigmented ) involving cleaning the surface free of dirt and loose particles applying one coat of primer and applying one layer of 20 to 25 microns. Rate shall include for all materials & labour components etc., as complete all respects complying with relevant IRC specifications, as directed by the Client / Engineer-in-charge.

Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick at required locations to a height of 900mm from finished floor level welded to 38mm dia Stainless Steel pipe post of 1.00mm thick as vertical at 900mm centre with 2 Nos. of 25mm dia intermediate horizontal stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick in between. The vertical pipe has to be welded to the 100 X 100 X 6mm MS base plate encased in the base concrete. Paving with Rubber Moulded hydraulically pressed cement concrete paver block with pattern design of 50% colour and 50% Plain of 83 mm of approved quality and colour, over the sand filling to full depth of slab perfectly and neat finishing the joints, compressing with vibrator. The rate shall be inclusive of cost of paver block, taxes, incidental charges, transportion charges and labour charges for fixing, neat finishing the joints as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specification. The paver block should got approved by the departmental officers before use on work.

Structural Glazing: Providing and fixing structural glazing fabricated from roll formed sections made of galvanized steel colour coated (Base steel as per IS 513 of ‘D’ quality, galvanized as per IS 277 with Zinc of 120 grams / sqm.) with total coated thickness of 0.72mm. The glass holding section made of 304 grade SS of 0.6mm thick. Galvanized steel sections are to be used as stiffeners inside the colour coated steel / powder coated sections as per the design requirement. Design calculations are made to suit wind pressures as given in IS Paint specifications: Primer coat with epoxy primer of 5-7 microns thick, finish painted with a polyester paint of 12-16microns thick and back coated with alkyd backer of 5-7 microns or powder coated with pure polyester powder upto50-60 microns thick. Dimensions: The section should be of 37 x 53mm for frame vertical, 37 x 53mm for frame horizontal section and section for reinforcement should be of 31 x 55mm. glass holding section should be of 37 x 37mm for top and bottom grids in between should be of 37 x 18mm. Accessories: Brackets made of CRCA powder coated / electro plated should be used to fix vertical at top and bottom and vertical to slab as per site requirement. Polyurethane brackets should be used to connect horizontal section to vertical sections. Silicone: Natural cure, with good UV resistance to be used. The above frame should be fixed to brick / concrete masonry by using nylon self–expanding cap and driving MS electro plated 80mm long screws into the caps through frames. Supply, fabrication and erection of Structural Steel members for installation of Steel Truss including enamel painting complete and the same shall comply to All primary steel member such as column and rafter conform to grade E-350 as per is 2062. All cold form steel members such as purlin shall conform to grade E-350 as per is 811. Steel members such as bracings, angles, conform to grade E-250 as per is 2062. All secondary structural steel plates such as base plates, end plates, shall conform to grade E-350 (FE 490) as per is 2062.

Supply & installation of precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm +/- 5% total coated thickness (TCT) thick Zinc coating 120gsm as per IS: 277 in 240mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15- 18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Supplying and applying water proofing treatment for basement retaning walls with membrane type water proofing methods using polymer modified bituminus membrane of Maxipro / Polyglass or equivalent make made using Atactic poly-propylene (APP) based with UV resistant, ground chemical resistant, high melting points, fluxible and high adhesive strength. The membrane should have minimum 4mm thick and 5.50kg/sqm weight. The membrane shall be reinforced with non woven polyster reinforcement of minimum 180gm/sqm having tensile strength 850N/5cm (L) and 575N/5cm (T) including coating with compatiable primer of Bituminous base and torch application with overlap of 100mm wherever required. The membrance surface shall be protected with granules. The reinforcement provided shall be able to withstand the traffic flow density after construction and shall carry a minimum guarantee period of 10 years. The rate inclusive cost of membrance including primer and labour charges for laying by loose torching on full surface or at overlap based on site condition.

Section includes the design and installation of temporary excavation shoring or underpinning required for construction of the structure, shoring system may be Temporary depending on the system provided by the contractor

Construction of Wet Mix Macadam 250mm compacted thickness in two layers by providing , laying , Paving , and compacting of aggregate gradation satisfying to Table 400-13 of MORTH and satisfying the physical paraeteres as per MORTH Table 400-12, mixing in a Wet Mix Plant of 200 tonne capacity at OMC , carriage of mied material to work site and laid in sensor pavers to the required line and grade as per the drawing and compacted with vibratory roller of 8-10 tonne to achieve the desired density of 98% of Maximum dry density and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge of work.

Providing and Construction of dowel jointed, Pavement Quality Concrete of 280mm thickness over a prepared Base Course with 43/53 grade cement , coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, coarse aggregate 25 mm & 12.5 mm Granite/Basalt/Trap metal & clean seived approved sand conforming to the gradation asspecified in Table 600-3 of MORTH clause 602,. loading materials to cement conrete batch mix plant of adequate capacity ( normaly 25% more capacity than the paving equipment preferably 120 Cum/hour ) as per approved mix design satisfying the characteristic flextural strength of not less than 4.2 Mpa.

The skelet trelis T15 metal grid system of 600 x 600mm module includes skelet WA15 W30 wall angle with unequal flanges of 15 / 19mm, length 3000mm, fixed along the perimeter of walls with the help of nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at 300mm centers. Then suspend the skelet MT15 W36 MainT with flange width 15mm, height 32mm and length 3600mm, from the soffit slab with help of soffit cleat and wire rod with leveling spring clip at 1200mm centres. Skelet CT15 W12 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 1200mm is interlocked into the pre-cut slots in the Main T15 at 600mm centers in the perpendicular direction to the Main T15.
