SITE CLEARENCE AND DEVELOPMENT M&L for bringing of approved soil from out side ministry of defence MoD land including raising (or lowering) earth sperading in layers n. exc. 30cm thick watering raiming /rolling and finishing to required shape etc. n. exc. 1.5m high from base and and depostied where directed complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Consolidated embankment shall be measured and paid with admissible allowances of SSR- 2020 (Pt -II)

Labour only for forming embankment including raising earth by mechanically mixing uniformly approved earth and crushed concrete in the mixed proportion ratio 70:30 (70 % Crushed Concrete & 30% Soil) and laying spreading in layers of 150mm compacted thickness in layers but n. exc. 30cm thick, watering ramming/rolling with tandem roller (Static and vibratory) under optimum moisture condition to 98% modified proctor density and finished to required gradient, size and camber as required 'K' value in field at top of embankment (subgrade of pavement) shall not be less than 5kg/cm2/cum complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Bringing of approved earth and crushed concrete aggregate materials will be paid seperately under different items.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Supply and fixing Modular metal fluxh box with modular white cover plate with frame 8 module complete all as directed and specified.

S&F LED lamp 10 Watt, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED security light fitting not less than 1X35 watt with integral reflector made of alluminium alloy LM6 with LED dirver, lamp, surge protector and all accessories pre wired including connection with three core PVC insulated, sheathed copper conductor cable of suitable size complete with GI bracket 1.5 meter long bend to shape of dia 40 mm GI light grade pipe with MS clamp, Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No-3 SSR Part -1 2009 connected to earthing test point including earth wire protection pipe of dia 15 mm (medium grage), excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus spoil, provn of RCC cover 50 mm thick, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @100 mm /C/C both ways with one handle for lifting made out of 10 mm dia TMT bar embedded in precast cover slab and PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 concrete pit, funnel with watering pipe 20 mm bore (light grade) testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. [Note : (a) Proper earthing pit should be provided with pit cover. (b) Excavation/earthwork is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.]

INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY S&F for 15 mm bore angle cocks ,fancy type chromium plated (long body) cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

ROAD Supplying and laying 200 micron thick HDPE sheet (Virgin Quality) water proof, wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight 390 gm/Sqm over tack/ sand cushion as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips and and transverse joints at ends as minimum 300mm, minimum standered available and as approved by GE without joints, manufactured by multilayer technology using 100% vergin raw materials complete all as specified and as directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL M&L for construction of Septic tank on site LLDPE septic tank design to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation vent shaft connections etc. complete as per manufacturer's instruction of 2000 Ltr capacity and specified complete and directed.

M&L for construction of Soakage wells excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 1.2 m dia x 1.5 m effective depth as shown on drawing complete and directed

STATIC WATER TANK M & L for laying epoxy sealing compound at construction joints in side wall of SWT, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 3mm x 250mm wide PVC water stopper bar at construction joint in RCC wall of SWT complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION S&F LED security light fitting not less than 1X25 watt with integral reflector made of alluminium alloy LM6 with LED dirver, lamp, surge protector and all accessories pre wired including connection with three core PVC insulated, sheathed copper conductor cable of suitable size complete with GI bracket 1.5 meter long bend to shape of dia 25 mm GI light grade pipe with MS clamp, Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Post Top Lantern Fittings, black ABS plastic spigot, spun aluminium canopy with opal acrylic diffuser including 25 watt LED and electrically connected with suitable size copper wire, Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cable junction box 200X160X98mm in size, made out of thermoplastic sheet having IP 65 protection for outdoor installation fixed with 4 way bakelite terminals including 03 Nos polymide gland with check nut (M-32-03 Nos) fixed on poles with flat aluminium clamps of size 20X3mm, nuts, bolts, washers etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip of size 32 x 6 mm earth lead by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers of galvanised iron as steel, protected by galvanized iron pipe 40mm bore (Medium grade) all as directed including cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 earth pit with precast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 cover slab of size 42 x 42 x10cm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15 cm c/c both ways with 10mm dia mild steel round bar of 30 cm long, bent to shape as lifting handle, funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized iron pipe (medium grade) for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers with necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I including testing on completion all complete as specified and directed. Note:- GI strip upto 7.5m including testing consider in this item.
