Sch 'A' Sec-XI (Miscellaneous Items)Note : This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the pre-priced rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under Col. 5 signifies this fact only.

Bringing approved earth (as approved by Garrison Engineer) from sources outside defence land including all cost such as royalty if any, transportation, taxes etc. for area filling/ forming embankments including raising(any height from EGL)/lowering by approved earth and including raising earth spreading in layers not exc 30cm thick each layer, watering, compaction with 8 tonne to 12 tonne power roller and finished to required size and shape etc, any high/depth from EGL. Notes for : (i) Earth required for the item, shall be supplied by contractor, from out side MOD land of any lead, at his own arrangement. (ii) All cost of procurement of earth including cost of transportation, compaction, royalties, tax etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (iii) With reference to clause 3.6 of MES schedule Part-II on serial page No.21 it is clarified that measurement of the above item shall be of finished embankment/traverse of filled earth after consolidation/compaction and 5% deduction shall be made from measured and calculated volume to allow for increase in bulk.

M & L for factory made precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of cement concrete M-10 nominal mix using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate of size 300 x 150 x 100 mm and setting in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting lines, dashes, Arrows, letters etc on roads pavements and the like exc 10 cm wide applying 2.5 mm thick thermoplastic road marking painting of specified shade/ colour etc., either continuous or broken lines, to the required width and length over the existing painted surface/ new bituminous surface with solvent based road marking paint (Thermoplastic road marking paint) using semi-automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass bead dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater driven by experienced operator on road including all materials, labour, T&P and cleaning the road surface of dirt, seals, oil, gease and foreign materials etc., complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Thermoplastic road marking paint shall be applied as per manufacturer’s instructions along with MORTH technology and speciality.)”

M&L for 200 micron thick polythene film as in flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L pre-polished cement concrete chequered tiles area of each tiles exc 0.06 Sqm but n exc 0.11 Sqm and 25 mm thick with white cement and pigments of approved maked jointed with cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match with the tiles over and including screed bed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing bricks well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks in trenches on cable as cable protection across the length of the cable (width wise) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel using GI strip 32x6mm as earthing lead connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate pit, funnel, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, 40mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, CI frame and cover, wire, copper lugs etc mesh, charcoal and common salt in alternate layers complete as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr below normal ground level connected to GI earth lead 4 mm dia by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers made out of GI/steel, all as shown on electrical plate No3 of MESschedule part-I, earth lead strip connected to indicated position including concrete pit in PCC(1:3:6, C1),Precast RCC cover slab 55 cm x 55 cm x 5 cm with reinforcement of 8 mm dia bar 100 mm c/c bothways including one handle made of 12 mm dia MS bar embedded in pre cast slab and 20 mm bore galvanised iron pipe"medium grade" for watering with GI funnel and wire mess including charcoal and salt in alternate layers of 15 cm including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed and testing on completion.

Material and Labour for sand filling around the cable with approved quality coarse and for sand cushioning for under ground cable including spreading and puning down desired thickness compete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of DWCPE 180 mm (OD)/163 mm (ID) diameter pipe laid on 150 mm thick bed with excavation in any type of soil, including manhole / drop manhole of standard size made of brick masonry / RCC/ Precast RCC with SFRC ventilating cover and frame including all item and activity to execute and make sewage line functional complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC Septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RCC M-30 Design Mix in Walls , Base Slab , Baffle walls and Roof Slab including beams etc with Vent shaft , manhole openings with cover connection etc., complete with effective depth of 1.5 meter and overall depth of 3 meter for 50 users conventional type complete all as shown drawing No . CESZ/2020/STD/02 sheet 1/2 to 2/2.

M & L for Soakage wells of size 2.4x3.0m, with all fittings and fixtures complete all as specified and shown on drawing No. TD/SZ/502 sheet No 1/1

M & L for Sub main Wiring with two run of 6.0 Sqmm (nominal cross-sectional area) FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed 1100 volts grade multistranded copper conductor single core cable drawn through and including PVC Conduit of adequates size and fittings and accessories concealed in walls, floors and ceilings complete including one run of FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed single core multistranded copper conductor cable of size 6.0 Sqmm green in colour as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified & as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note - Two run single core cable, One run of earth conductor and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as a unit length.)

M&L for Sub main wiring with Two runs of 1.5 Sqmm size main cable of single core PVC insulated but unsheathed FRLS cable size with multi standed copper conductors, 1100 volts grade, IS-694 marked with the one run of 1.5 Sqmm size of earth continuity conductor of similar type cable all drawn through and including suitable size PVC conduit and fittings/accessories all fixed for street light connection from street light junction box to street light complete all as specefied. (Note - Two run single core cable, One run of earth conductor and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as a unit length.)

M&L for street light bracket made out of 40 mm bore medium grade GI Pipe with two sets clamps, with nuts and bolts, bend to shape for fixing street light luminaries all as directed, length of GI Pipe shall not be less than 2.0 mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F thermoplastic cable junction box with weather proof for out door installation minimum IP 65 protection grade of two terminals suitable for cable entry 10 -25 sqmm of size 155x2100x92mm including necessary clamps for fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of street light timer distribution board 32A ,3 Pole /230V-Digital time switch complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of valve pit of size 0.6 x 0.6 x 0.6 m (internal diamention) one brick thick wall including MS sheet cover made of MS sheet 3 mm thick and 40 x 40 x 6mm thick MS angle iron frame and locking arrangement and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces including demolition of existing brick masonry valve pit complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for making cutting on existing road of 3.65 m wide and pathway for laying various size of GI pipe under road and making good distrubed surface as of existing road/ pavement/ PCC surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install water cooler electric driven (single phase), having approx storage capacity of 80 litre and nominal cooling capacity of 40 Litres per hour complete all as specified and directed.
