Attending complaints of no water / leakage of water by removing float valve, water meter, stop cock etc or GI/composite tubing of size 15 mm to 20 mm bore upto 0.3 mtr length including all GI fittings like elbow, socket, Tee, Nipple, bend, union etc and making new threads as required at site including excavation,return refilling and removing soil & making good surface of disturbed foot paths, road cuttings with existig surface complete all as specified and directed.

(iv) Minimum one Skilled pipe fitters and one Semi skilled pipe fitter for helper should be report at water suply service centre daily before 08.00 Hrs and will give feed back daily against that day complaints to JE at 17;00 Hrs. (v) Complaints given to contractor/contractor's rep shall be rectified within 24 hrs. (vi) A penality of Rs 500/- per complaint will be charged for not attending the complaints and completed within 48 hours. (vii) Contractor will arrange all the T&P/Diesel pumps for dewatering where ever required. (viii) Repeated Complaints should not be paid separately and if it will not rectified within during period given by JE, concern amount will be deducted from already paid amount against repeated complaints.

Attending leakage complaints of sluice valve 80 mm to 150 mm bore by opening /removing gland plate and taking out water from water pit , providing gland packings and refitting including replacing new one instead of worn out bolts,nuts,washers as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 1500 mm X 1500 mm X 1250 mm (internal dimensions of chamber) depth to be reckoned from the top of PCC in foundation to top of MS cover with MS sheet cover 3mm thick including frame of angle iron 40 X 40 X 6 mm with locking arrangement and lifting handle including painting two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc including brick work in one brick thick wall in cement mortar 1:4, 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (internally on all brick wall and external upto 15cm below ground level) and necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in, disposal of surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr 15 cm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 in PCC foundation projected by 15cm all round from the outer face of brick wall PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 in coping complete all as specified and directed.
