Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of Automatic Sliding Glass Doors at Administrative Building, NRPL HQ, Panipat

Overhauling of large size (ref. attached list of doors) existing automatic sliding glass door system including opening / dismantlin g, cleaning by multipurpose cleaning spray, servicing, lubrication by high-quality, non-staining silicone grease or white lithium gr ease, checking and rectification of sensors, controller, wiring, limit switches, reassembly, testing and commissioning, complete in all respects as per manufacturer’s recommendations and directions of Engineer‑in‑Charge.

Supplying and fixing of large size (ref. attached list of doors) heavy‑duty roller belt suitable for existing automatic sliding gla ss door system, including removal of old deteriorated belt, adjustment, alignment, testing and commissioning, complete as per site r equirement and direction of Engineer‑in‑Charge.

Supplying and fixing of small size (ref. attached list of doors) heavy‑duty roller belt suitable for existing automatic sliding gla ss door system, including removal of old deteriorated belt, adjustment, alignment, testing and commissioning, complete as per site r equirement and direction of Engineer‑in‑Charge.

Servicing, tuning and calibration of automatic sliding door motor including checking of gear assembly, electrical connections, torqu e settings, sensor integration and trial operation, complete in all respects as per manufacturer’s specifications.

Supplying and fixing of heavy‑duty rollers for automatic sliding glass door including dismantling of existing worn‑out rollers, repl acement, alignment, leveling and ensuring smooth operation, complete as directed by Engineer‑in‑Charge.

Realignment and rectification of misaligned sliding glass door panel including adjustment of track, tightening of fittings, leveling and ensuring smooth opening and closing operation, complete in all respects.

Providing and fixing frosted films on glass doors of M/s. GARWARE or approved equivalent make and shade, all complete as per manufac turer's specification and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Rubber strips at edges of Glass Door Panes complete in all respects as per directions of Engineer‑in‑Charge.
