(A)-RCC Drain(Open)

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches not exceeding 1.50 m width or 10 Sq.m. on plan or drains not exceeding 1.50 m in width or 10 Sq.m. on plan including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.50 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. Supply of all material, labour T&P etc. complete required for the completion works.

Providing and laying in foundation of drain cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including centering, shuttering and supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete required for the proper competion of works.(Base)

Reinforced concrete work in foundation of drain and mass concrete M-20 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). including cost of centring, shuttering & binding wire and excluding cost of reinforcement. Including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete required for the proper competion of works.

In Bedding

Reinforced cement concrete (1 cement : 1.5 corase sand : 3 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in walls (any thickness) including finishing and plastering the exposed surfaces with cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6 mm to give a smooth and even surface including cost of centring, shuttering & binding wire and excluding cost of reinforcement. Including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete required for the proper competion of works.
