Area cleaning in and around the site by cleaning the bushes, debris, fallen trees, waste materials, garbages etc., collecting, conveying and disposing the same at places as shown by the department with a lead of 100 metres all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

All kinds of soil with depth up to 1.5m below average Ground level and disposing surplus excavated earth up to a lead of 200 metres.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete M20 grade using 300 kg/cum of PPC, 20mm maximum size graded aggregates and washed crushed stone sand including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for levelling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as per specifications. Dosage of PCE based admixture as per workability requirment at site conditions. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Polycarboxylate ether (PCE) based chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility. 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/ downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F.

Providing and laying cast insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum size hard granite machine washed crushed graded stone aggregates and washed crushed stone sand including testings as per QAP, weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, 14 days curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footing, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Manufacturing, supplying, hoisting and fixing in position at all lifts, precast units of various patterns and sizes for precast plain solid units, slabs, exhaust fan moulds etc., in reinforced cement concrete of 1:2:4, using 20mm and below machine crushed graded stone aggregate including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, casting, vibrating, finishing of exposed faces, curing, necessary formwork & moulds, transporting and placing at all lifts, preparation of connections, grouting with cement mortar/cement grout wherever needed excluding steel reinforcement complete all as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing in position 50mm thick Pre-cast RCC jalli at all heights of approved pattern and size as per drawing with cement concrete grade 1:1.5:3 including required nominal reinforcement, curing, smooth finished surface on all sides , jointing with cement mortar 1: 2, scaffolding etc., all complete as per specification.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.

Providing straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost and testing of reinforcement steel at thrid party NABL lab. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. Providing F3 finish over concrete surface in cement mortar 1:1.5 (1 part cement : 1.5 part fine sand) including wetting the surface, labours, curing, all materials, scaffolding, at all elevations complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like MS structural embedment's/pipe and sleeves/penetration etc. Using MS angles, channels, I-sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, square sections etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / sythetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing and fixing 304L grade stainless steel plates of approved size and make quality by cutting to required size and placing in position including embedding if necessary complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineering-in-charge

Providing, fabricating and fixing hand rail using 304 grade Stainless Steel pipes, Square sections etc. of approved size and make and quality by cutting to required size, welding, mirror / mat polishing, fixing at site etc. for balcony railing & staircases railing including special sections as per drawings, speciifications complete. A sample to be fabricated and to be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge before starting of work at site.This work to be exceuted through approved specialized agency.

Supplying, fabricating, installing, placing and securing in position steel grills for windows comprising of square bars / MS flats as per detailed drawing including cutting, bending to shape, welding painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over one coat of primer complete all as per specification and drawings.

Providing and fixing powder costing aluminium (Minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z Sections and other sections of approved make confirming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required. (fittings, Glazing and panelling shall be paid for separately) NOTE: 1) The rates for aluminium is inclusive of all fasteners required for fabrication and fixing in the walls. 2) All joints shall be of mittered joints. 3) A long M.S rod threaded at both ends to be provided in all aluminium door shutters in Top & bottom Horizontal members internally connecting Vertical members and fixed with M.S washers & nuts. 4) Only Aluminium members alone shall be measured and paid for.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
