Construction of Civil External development works including site development, boundary wall,internalroad,drainagesystem,Horticulture&Landscape, gate and guard room, water treatment plant, Tubewellas per attached detailed drawings & scope of work and approval of the same by the Engineer- in-Charge.
Construction on EPC Basis of INFRASTRUCTURE & EXTERNAL DEVELOPMENT – Electrical Works such as Electrical sub station,DG set, UPS System, LED Street light, LAN System, IP Based EPABX system and fire fighting works with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications, all services including handing over complete as per attached detailed drawings &scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge.
