Important Note:(1)The bidder must possess valid EPF & ESIC registration as per relevant laws. The bidders need to deposit EPF & ESIC with appropriate authority. The reimbursement for the same shall not be made.(2)The payment of wages to labourers should be made through bank. The Minimum amount of bill to paid shall be 3.00 Lakh

Excavation in foundations in hard rock by mechanical means (hydraulic Excavator)/manual means by Blasting upto a depth not exceeding 1.5m including dewatering, if necessary and stacking or disposing the excavated materials within a distance of 50 metre .

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in?equalities not exceeding 150 mm deep for all kinds of soil and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Earthwork excavation over areas in all soils excepting soft rock and hard rock and disposing and levelling the soil within a distance of 50 metre as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (depth of excavation shall be measured from the existing average ground level).

Lead charges of all excavated material to anywhere in RRCAT premises, by mechanical transport, including, loading, unloading, stacking/levelling etc. as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All soils

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 using graded stone aggregate 40 mm max. size including hand mixing,consolidating, finishing, curing ,etc complete but excluding formwork and as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 using graded stone aggregate 40 mm max. size including hand mixing,consolidating, finishing, curing ,etc complete but excluding formwork and as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying in position Design Mix REINFORCED CEMENT CONRETE of M-25 grade at all heights using graded stone aggregate of 20mm max. size including machine mixing, weigh batching, mechanical vibration, consolidation, finishing, curing and cost of labour, machinery, and materials etc. complete as per specifications but excluding shuttering, formwork and steel reinforcement. (Minimum Cement content shall not be less than 387kg/cum of concrete.)

In foundations, footings, plinth beams, base of columns, flooring

In columns, mullions, pillars, posts, struts

Providing centering and shuttering using timber planks/steel plates including strutting and propping etc. at all heights and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and in plain concrete work as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Foundations, footings, base of columns plinth beams, flooring, machine foundations, bed blocks, window cills, copings and mass concrete

Columns, pillars, posts, struts, mullions etc.

Providing and placing in position REINFORCEMENT using TMT BARS of brands such as New Sardar, MOIRA, Kesar gold, Magnum, Goel etc. having minimum yield strength of Fe 500 conforming to IS 1786, for reinforced cement concrete work at all levels, including cutting, bending, fixing, tying in position with 1.6 mm dia. soft drawn annealed binding wire, with chairs, legs, supports etc. complete including cost of transporting the bars from factory to required location at work site, cost of 1.6 mm dia. soft drawn annealed binding wire, watch & ward, insurance etc complete all as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (The contractor has to submit the test report & Challan of the reinforcement, procured by him.)

NOTE: Binding wire required for the work will have to be supplied by the contractor at their own cost and will not be measured for payment.

Providing, fabricating, cutting, erecting, and fixing in position structural steel works of any shape using ISMBs, Joists, channels, angles, flats, Tees etc. of minimum grade Fe 250, at all levels including welding, two coat painting with a primary coat of approved steel primer and transportation etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (The welding weights shall not be measured for payments but cost of same shall be included in the rate.)

Providing and fixing 0.50 mm TCT color coated galvalume (Color Star Profile) sheets of preffered make in roof, facia including all overlaps, ridges, mitring, supplying and fixing 'J' hooks, bolts, nuts and washers as per manufacturers code of practice and cutting the sheets as required including the cost of scaffolding, work at all heights etc. complete.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 using table moulded chimney bricks having a compressive strength not less than 40kg/cm² in foundation & plinth upto FFL including curing, raking out joints above ground level, simultaneous pointing below G.L. etc. complete as per specifications

Random rubble masonry using spotless black trap or approved local stone in foundation and plinth upto FFL, in cement mortar 1:6, including casting of block of size 200mm x 200mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 @ 2m c/c in each layer excluding bottom layer, racking out joints above ground level and simultaneous flush pointing below ground level/plinth level, curing, making weep holes of size 100mm dia (if required) etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying rubber moulded reflective type factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete interlocking paver blocks of following thicknesses in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of Alankar/Parex or other approved make of M-35 grade strength, of approved size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in?Charge. Note :-The cost of sand shall be paid separately under relavant item.

60mm thick interlocking paver blocks

Dismantling the Mosaic/white glazed/Ceramic/Vitrified tiles /Kotah stone etc. in flooring/dado/skirting etc. including dismantling of bedding mortar, stacking of materials and disposing of debris within 50 metres lead etc. complete.

Labour charges only for fixing of concrete interlocking paver blocks including filling of joints with sand,etc. including lead charges of paver blocks from any where in RRCAT premises to requiered place etc. complete.

Providing, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position CRIPNET GATE with G.I. tubular frames, 50mm x 8 g G.I. crimpnet welded on 38 mm i/d G.I. medium pipes with angle iron (40mmx40mmx5mm) frame, M.S. flat (25mmx5mm) beading to hold crimpnet, M.S. channel (125mm x 65 mm x 6mm thick) box type supports including special type of hinges, locking arrangements, angle cleats (all as per drawing), filling the channel posts with C.C. 1:3:6 & embedding channel posts in cement concrete M 20 grade of size 750mmx750mmx750mm including cost of excavation, PCC, formwork and disposal of surplus soil, painting the gate and all steel work with two coats of approved painting over a coat of primer etc. complete.

Providing & fixing/erecting in position G.I. chainlink fabric fencing of required height above ground level with 10 guage GI chainlink mesh of size 50mmx50mm fixed to MS angles/RCC post including cost of p/f GI J hooks, bolts, nuts, washers, staples and p/f longitudinally 3 rows of 8 guage GI wires complete generally as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement plastering to external surfaces of walls at all heights, 20mm thick, with cement mortar 1:4 over brick walls or concrete surfaces, including finishing rough (wooden float finish) hacking the concrete surfaces, double scaffolding wherever necessary, curing etc. complete.

Painting the old exterior walls and roof with two coats of Snowcryl XT acrylic emulsion/APEX Ultima over one coat primer, of approved shade including preparing the surface by removing loose dust and dirt with stiff brush and washing the surface with clean water, treating the surface with antifungal chemical wherever required, filling with putty, scaffolding and cleaning etc. complete.

Painting wood/steel work with two coats of Synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and made over one coat of approved wood/steel primer including preparing surfaces, filling with putty, scaffolding and cleaning, tools & tackles, safety appliances etc. complete
