Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement , if any,in Ground Floor As per relevent Is code with pakur stone chips Guard Wall - 2 x 45 x 0 .200 x 0.300 = 5.4 m3

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, (a) 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Guard wall- = 2 x 45m x 0.300 x 2 = 54 m2

. 80mm thick interlocking designer concrete paver Block M-40 grade for medium trafic zone & utility cuts on arterial roads etc. As per IS : 15658-2006 (over 20-40mm medium sand bed on 250 mm thk bound gnaular/granular sub-base course & filling the interstices of blocks with fine sand by brooming & subsequent watering including cost of sand for sand bed but excluding cost of base, sub-base course & subgrade preparation) complete as per direction of engineer -in-charge. [ Note: Subgrade CBR should notbe less than 5] colour Decorative 45 x 2.2 = 99 m2

Construction of sub base using local materials, spreading in unifrom layers with motor grader on prepared surface, including screening the material As necessary, mixingby mix in place method with Rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired dencity, lighting, guarding and barricading including cost and carriage of all materials and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre wide on each side to protect the edges complete as per clause 401 of specifications for Road & Bridge works of MORT&H ( 5th Revision) 45 x 0.100 = 4.5 m2
