Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Steel Reinforcement using Mild steel or Ribbed tor steel rods, for all RCC works as per the design given by the departmental officers including cost of steel and binding wire and all labour charges for cutting, bending, tying and placing in position etc, complete as per SS.

Reniforcred Cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement two m sand four aggregates) using 20mm ISS HBG metal including cost of all materials and labour charges for mixing, laying, finishing and curing etc complete but excluding cost of steel & Centering charges etc., complete as per SS

Brick work In CM 1:5 mix using best country bricks of size 23cm x 11.50cm x 5cm having 350kg/cm2 compressive strength and 15% or less water absorbentin the period of 24hours immersement and confirming to ISI specifications.and using the screened sand and all the materials should be approved by the competent technical authorities etc complete complying with standard specification

Plastering in cement mortar 1:5 mix 12mm thick using clean screened sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting for plastering for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc.complete complying with standard specification

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed Cement paint of first quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including preparing the surface, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris putty wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors and Windows with one coat of Red oxide with Primer including all costs such as welding,grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specification.

Painting two coats with Ready Mixed Enamel Paint over the new iron works of approved quality and colour without priming coat including the cost all materials etc.,complete, in all floors.
