Supply, storage, handling, issuance and formulation of the following compounds/ chemical/ material to carry out general/specific pest control services i/c disposal of empty canisters/ bags as per statutory norms and as per instructions of Engineering In-charge. i) Schedule "A" (A), Supply items The payment of above Item A.1 to A.33 shall be regulated as below: Basic Material rate as per schedule = A (Excluding GST Rate) Rate to be consider for payment = {A*1.01*1.15*1.01} * [{100 ± Quoted Percentage Rate (Above +) (Below -)}/100] ii) Schedule "A" (B) - Providing manpower Items as below: The Payment of Schedule "A" (B1 to B4) item shall be regulated as below: 1) Basic labour rate as per schedule = B 2) Rate to be consider for payment = {B*1.01*1.15*1.01} Minimum wages, as mentioned from B-1 to B-4, are applicable from 01.10.2024 to 31.03.2025. However, prevailing min wages for the subject work will be paid on the rate as notified by Office of the Chief Labour Commissioner, Ministry of Labour and Employment applicable for Central Government area Mumbai. The same gets updated on 1st of April and 1st of October every year.

The percentage quoted by the bidder above/below will apply on the rate calculated as above
