Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floor & paving not exc 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base under floors and pavings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 Type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and finishing surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement including mist filling in the joint complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (Using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding over RCC roof complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for provision of water proofing treatment by using APP torch on mineral finished membranes over roof and vertical surfaces including preparation of surfaces and applying oil based bituminous primer coat @ 0.30 ltr per sqm on clean and dry surface and then providing APP membrane having non woven polyester film reinforcement with 3 mm thick and weight not less than 3 .00 kg/sqm and finished on top with mineral finished torch on system laid with 100 mm & 150 mm over lap on side & end laps respectively and applying two coats of aluminium paint complete all as per manufacturers instructions over and including rendering 10 mm thick in cm 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces using and including liquid water proofing compound mixed as per manufacturer instructions and finishing surfaces even & fair without using extra cement including Taking down existing water proofing treatment including PCC padding, mortar etc and disposal rubbish out side within MD land and hacking for key scrubbing down with wate complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including ashlar facing dressed stone and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 (Using old size brick) complete all as directed.

M & L for brick work with fly ash brick, straight or curved on plan to any radius built in half brick thick wall built in cm 1:4 (Using old size brick) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls/chajja/pillars etc including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two layers (10mm and 5mm thick) in cm 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces even & fair smooth without using extra cement with and including liquid water proofing compound mixed as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm Broken stone or boulders deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding0.06 but not exceedig 0.11sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) finished fair and even for laying floor finishes/ tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L coloured glazed ceramic wall tiles 300 x 450 x 7mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles over and including rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 as backing coat to receive wall tiles/skirting/dados complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of barsshouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framedguard bars; barred iron doors;ladders; framed balusters; walkways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed

Returning filling in trenches incl spreading,levelling, watering& well ramming in layers n.exc 25 CM thick complete all as specified and as directed

Removal of excavated material exc 50 m and n.exc 250m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point in soils. complete all as specified and as directed

Material & labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and as directed
