Demolishing brick work/blockwork and plaster manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material outside ACTREC campus as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in campus and waste material outside ACTREC as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing and refixing of conference table and modification of table as per attached image in tender

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. Size of Tile 600 x 1200 mm

Providing and fixing artificial grass with recommended adhesive of approved quality which have 100% washable, peel proof. The grass should give a seamless finish. Including Cost of preparation on the base surface for fixing the grass as per the manufacturer specification, complete in all respect as per direction of EIC.

Providing and fixing Conference Table - 20'-0" X 5'-0" X 2'-5" Table Top to be made with 2" X 1 1/2" T.W. Frame Horizontal & cross, 1" thick Block Board to be fixed over frame & same to be finished in walnut veneer in four parts (Matching) Table top shall have 3" X 3" moulded edge all round. Bottom of frame to be covered in 1/2" marine ply. Table shall have 3 Nos. 2'-0" X 1'-6" under carriage to be made in 3/4" thick ply & to be finished in wal nut veneer under carriage shall have T.W. moulding all side & skirting. 2" X 1 1/2" S.S. frame all side of Table to hold the top & under carriage. Table to shall have 3 Nos. pop up Box as shown in the drg. Complete as per drg & instruction.

3-seater sofa of approved model and model as per instruction of EIC. The sofas will be cushioned and have a resin or leather finish, the structure part should be of marine plywood, and the methodology of cushioning will be as per standard and high-quality grade. Sample approval is mandate.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 or AAC blockwork with adhesive in superstructure above plinth level in all shapes and sizes or in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) as per the instruction of Engineer incharge.

Cement plaster skirting up to 30 cm height, with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), finished with a floating coat of neat cement. 18mm

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre. of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. 2 coats

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content along with crack filling if required.

Providing and fixing Roller blinds of the size of windows that are opaque/translucent as per instructions of EIC with the string-driven mechanism. Sample approval is mandatory before execution.

Providing and fixing Sun control film

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Applying one or more coats of Melamine polish of approved make and tint to obtain finish as required over a coat of wood filler including sand papering cleaning filling upholes cracks and crevices with putty etc. complete to give an even shade etc. in quantities as required at site all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

WOODEN PARTITION: Providing and erecting partitions to required ht. With teakwood frame of 50mmx50mm in 500-600mm square panel or as required at site. The wooden panneling shall be done with 12mm thick commercial plywood of approved make and quality on both sides of partition with 12mm groove. The teak wood 30mmx12mm beeding on both sides to the required shape skirting at bottom on both the sides to required shape and skirting at bottom on both sides with 125mm x 12mm teak wood and top patti with 125 x 20mm T.W.to required flap/or as filler between the wall/ceiling/flooring and partition. Melamine polish wherever required shall be applied. Both side 1mm thk sunmica of approved colour and design as per the instruction of engineer-in charge.

Providing & fixing 35mm thk flush door shutter, core of block board construction with frame of teak wood beading 50mm x 12mm thick with 3 or more coats of melamine polish & well matched first class antibacterial laminate of 1 .00 mm. Thick on both faces of door. Rate should be including cost of Adhesive, Nails during fixing etc. complete.

Providing and fixing Wall cladding of made out of fluted panels of wooden finish with grooves and patterns fixed on 6mm thick plywood. Final finish will be in similar to wood finish with melamine polish of approved pattern and colour by engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing cabinet made up of 18 mm. Commercial ply of approved make for top, bottom, sides & shelves & 8mm commercial ply approved make for back side Door shutter made up of 19mm thick commercial ply and outer surfaces and top of shelves for open type cabine should be laminated with 1 mm thick approved wood laminate sheet of required colour including all SS fittings such as hinges, tower bolts, ball catches, stopper, handle, knobs as per shown in drawing or approved by Engineer-In-Charge etc.and all exposed edges lipping with 6mm Thick T.W. lipping patti.locking arrangement. all complete as specified & directed by Engineer-In-Charge. with shutter of same laminate and inside with 0.8 white laminate.

Providing and fixing of Aluminium pipe of size 100mm x 50mm with a thickness of 2mm having pre wood finished with not less than 50 microns wood grain Anodizing should be erected as vertical pillar as shown in pillar. The pillar shall be fixed on the ceiling with L-bracket/Cleats and on the floor should embeded by cutting tiles inserting the section below and finishing the surface as per the instruction of Engineer incharge.

Providing and fixing of Planter boxes made out of 12mm thick plywood with 1mm thick laminate of approved colour and of following sizes with artifical plants or creepers approved by engineer In charge. 200mm x 200mm (Square hollow boxes) as per the drawing given in the tender. Fixing as per the instruction of Engineer incharge.

The ceiling Hexagon units shall be installed at distance of 300mm one Hexagon to second Hexagon. Decorative Chilled water Fan Coil Units

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of chilled water Fan Coil Unit(Cassette Type/ Hi Wall/ Fan Coil Unit- Ceiling) complete with G.I. casing, with Side/bottom return Air Plenum (5mm PE insulation) or as per site requirement For Hi Wall Units the Casing has to be as per OEM(ABS casing) , Filter box with 8mm Nylon Filter, 3 Row Deep cooling coil with coper tube diameter is 9.52 mm and thickness 0.33 mm with hydrophilic Aluminium fins. Complete coil must be designed for standard working pressure is 1.6 MPa(16bar) and the test pressure is 3.3MPa(33bar). Unit to be provided with SS drain pan with 7mm PE insulation and +200 mm extended. Direct driven fan (three speed) motor, operated on 230 volts, single phase, 50Hz, AC supply. Unit to be provided with Wireless remote. It shall also have RS485 Modbus communication function for BMS control. ESP for the Fan Coil Unit be 80 Pa Minimum( In case of 3 Tr, 4 Tr and 5 Tr) or Else Specified. Units need to BIS/Euro vent Certified. The Cut outs to be made in ceiling as per the Machine for the Servicing purpose/Trap Door should be included in the price.The unit included with Infrared Remote Control,micro-controller, drain pump & necessary supporting arrangement with ready made Valve Station complete with butterfly Valves / Gate valves , 2 way Valves with Actuators–Strainer,Pressure cum balancing valves. The entire skid shall be coated with Zinc-chromate primer coating and then painted with enamel paint. Price should be included for Electrical cable connection from MCB/Isolator to Cassette unit shall be done by HVAC contractor. Pipe line require from the main header also to be considered. no additional cost given for the same. Minimum Capacity should be as follows: Each Unit to be provided with Cordless Remote with Temperature display. It has to based on microprocessor operations which can realize intelligent control of room temperature. It shall also have RS485 Modbus communication function or BACnet for BMS control. (Preferably in round shape)
