Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cu. m, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good the surface and getting out in hard/ dense soil all as specified and as directed.

M & L for hard core of guage n.exc 63mm of broken stone or boulders deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, water and rammed to a true surface but except material complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing 125mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, fillings and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F MS sections as in ISMC, ISMB, angle, main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins, rolled section where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for truss/ column/ staircase/ ladder/ high strength friction grip bolt grade 10.9s for columns, beam etc., base plates/ gusset plates, wind tie, doors etc., including cutting, welding etc., fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated mild steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour with two corrugations side lap having tensile strength of minimum 550 MPa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for 1.00mm thick galvanised steel sheet as in valley gutters fixed with rivets or other suitable arrangements over MS brackets, trapezoidal shape of required profile with desired slope etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes double socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed with wall including all connecting accessories complete all as specified and as directed

S & F for PVC (SWR) bends/ shoe any radius 110mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing new or previously untreated steel surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floor aprons, cills etc., laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings n.exc 15cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with mixture of white and grey cement in equal proportions and no pigments over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.
