Charpoy GI Pipe 32 mm with Plywood Top ( FD-220 ) Removing following u/s items of Charpoy GI Pipe 32 mm without disturbing the other existing parts and S&F with new items as specified made to shape & size all as per drg and as directed. (a) Removing of old unserviceable Plywood 12mm thick from charpoy GI Pipe 32mm and tightening the frame and making it suitable for fixing New plywood Top and providing 12mm thick BWR plywood 7 ply ISI Marked confirming to IS-303 of size 1980x900mm with 4mm thick well seasoned 2nd class hard wood beading all around fixed with existing pattern including nutt, bolt, washers and necessary welding, drilling on each rails/Stiffener of GI Charpoy all as per drawing and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 32mm dia medium grade long rail including cutting, threading for GI Charpoy (Note: Long Rails shall be screwed fully in the angle elbow)

Making of short rails for GI Charpoy 32mm dia made out from broken long rails retrived from u/s old GI Charpoy including cutting & threading rails and fixing in replacement all as per specified and directed. (Note: Short Rails shall be screwed fully in the angle elbow)

Making of Legs for GI Charpoys 32mm dia made out from broken short rails retrived from u/s old GI Charpoy including cutting,threading and fixing in replacement and providing Hard Rubber Shoes of Appropriate size of superior quality at bottom and duly applying two coats of synthetic enamel black paint all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Legs shall be screwed fully in the angle elbow)

Supply and fixing in replacement of old unserviceable 32mm medium grade GI elbow three ways all as specified and directed.
