Construction of link road from Nalahi via Asthotha Sauran Da Gran Km. 2/00 to 6/00

Excavation in hilly areas in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil by manual/mechanical menus including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rocks, hard rocks, chiseling /wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and other intermediate classification of soil setting out true to the required line, grades width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site according to the technical specification clause 302,1603.1,1603.2 sorting out useful material and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of the road and transportation of un-useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankment for grade improvement and disposal of all un-useful material to required width of the road or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animals transport or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and carriage of machineries materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and or labour if required. Any loss to the public/private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts. (Recovery of useful stone i.e. 6.34/- cubic metre shall be made from the contractor @ Rs. 300/-(three hundred only per cubic metre) amounting to Rs. 1902/-only.

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m(one point five metre) in width or 10 sqm( ten square metre on plan),including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, (one point five metre) including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m.(fifty metre) as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lfts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in cement concrete of 1:4:8 (one cement : four coarse sand : eight graded stone aggregate) 40mm ( forty millimetre) nominal size graded stone aggregate for all works upto plinth level excluding the cost of centering and shuttering including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (one cement: three sand: six graded stone aggregated 20mm (twenty millimeters) nominal size, as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls,return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets,coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills,fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor any level, including the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:5:10 (one cement : five coarse sand) : ten graded stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimeters nominal size). as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Backfilling Granular material behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 1204.3.8, and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidents.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP2 for culverts on first class bedding of granular materials in single row including fixing collar joints with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection work, back filling, concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets clause 1108. 900mm(nine hundred millimeters) dia. as per direction of Engineer- in -Charge, including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing weep holes in brick/stone masonry/ plain/ reinforced concrete abutment, wing walls, return walls, retaining walls and breast wall with 110mm( one hundred ten millimeter) dia PVC pipe De-plast/finolex/ vectus pipe having pressure 4kg.per centimeter square. (four kilograme per centimeter square ) extending through the full width of the structures with slopes of I(V): 20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 as per direction of Engineer- in -Charge, including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
