Supply, Fabrication and erection of GI Ladder type Cable tray 2.5 m Length, 0.45 m Width and thickness 2mm with coupling plate and bolt nuts including the cost of material, labour charges, transporting charges, loading and unloading charges etc., complete, and as per the direction by the Engineer in charge of the works complying with technical specification.

Supply, Fabrication and erection of safety handrails at approach to gallery and other structures etc., by using suitable steel structures as per the instruction of Engineer at site including the cost of material, labour charges, transporting charges, loading and unloading charges etc., complete .

Supply and fixing of 0.45 mm thick colour coated roofing sheet with accessories, etc., including the cost of material, labour charges, transporting charges, loading and unloading charges, fixing charges etc., as per the instruction of Engineer at site complete.

Supply and fixing of GI square pipes of size 100x100x2mm to be used as vertical supports, and 100x50x2mm to be used as horizontal supports, for fixing colour-coated roofing sheets over the supporting structure, including all required accessories including the cost of materials, transportation, labour for fixing, hire charges for tools and tackles, lead, lift, and all other incidental charges, as per the instructions of the Engineer at site, complete in all respects.

Name board writing charges for Dam name, Salient features, control center detail as per the instruction of Engineer at site including painting charges, etc., complete.

Painting with two coats of EPOXY Zinc Aluminium paint over one coat Red oxide Zinc Phosphate paint for new steel ladder and Hand rail approach to gallery completely as per instruction of Engineer at site including cost of Material, lead, lift etc. complete.

Painting two coats of approved quality of enamel paint and colour over one coat of primer for after thoroughly cleaning steel doors and windows, grills. etc., including cost of all Material, labour, lead, lift etc. complete

Providing and placing in position Plain Cement Concrete M15 grade using broken hard granite coarse aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 40 mm and down graded to I.S specified grading and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer including placing in layers and vibrating, curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts, labour etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer and complying with standard specifications.

Providing and placing in position Plain Cement Concrete M20 grade using broken hard granite coarse aggregate size of 20 mm and down graded including with shuttering charges, placing in layers and vibrating, curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts, labour etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer and complying with standard specifications.

Dismantling the existing door frames including removal of frames, hinges and fastenings complete as per the direction of the Engineer and complying with standard specifications.

Supply, fixing a solid PVC Door Shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets for paneling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm with suitable rabate for housing the shutter, including labour, materials, lead, lift and etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer and complying with standard specifications.

Supply and installation of 4 KVA capacity Automatic Voltage Stabilizer with time delay relay, including labour, materials, lead, lift and etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer and complying with standard specifications.

Supply, fixing a new wooden door frame for IB main door, using C.M 1:3 plastering, painting with accessories including labour, materials, lead, lift and etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer at site.

Clearing Juliflora / Light jungle with uprooting including disposal of debris away from site, all lead, lift etc. complete, as directed by the Engineer in charge of the works as per technical specification.

Cleaning of chocked culverts across the existing approach road to Dam main road to valve house, and surge shaft at different chainage including disposal of debris away from site, all lead, lift etc. complete complying with standard specifications.

Colour washing using exterior emulsion two coats over one coat of Primer to the outer side of the surge tank and building structures including cost of all Material, labour. T & P etc. complete.

Repairing the existing tile joints and arresting water oozing using cement mortar after preparing the surface and applying old terrace tile surface with UV Resistant hybrid water proof coating as per the standard application completely including the cost of material, labour charges, transporting charges, loading and unloading charges etc., complete as per the instruction of the Engineer at site.
