Dismantling of roof brick tiles fixed in cement mortar in single layer ; Complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition mud phuska in roofs any thickness including plastering and leeping, removing debris and rubbish from the site Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof padding (average 40mm thick), roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edge ; Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application over a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.6 kg per sq.m including cleaning surfaces and including 10 mm thick 1: 4 cement plaster on padding surface ; Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 40 mm thick brick tiles laid over and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 and jointed, grouted and flush pointing as work proceed in CM 1:3 complete all as specified.

All as per Srl item above here-in-before but except tiles.Note : (i) Serviceable brick tiles obtained from shall be reused.

Taking down cement plaster on brick, concrete or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. of any description , removing debris and rubbish from the site ; Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 12mm thick cement plastering in cm 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces other than fair surface, finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement ; Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 5 mm thick cement plastering in CM 1:3 on ceiling surfaces other than fair surface, finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement ; Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair/unfair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 and to be finished even and smooth ( without using extra lime or cement) Complete all as specified

M&L for Preparing of new plastered surface and applying two coats cement base paints on walls complete as specified

M&L for preparation of old decorated brick/ concrete plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, pillars,cornices by Brooming down etc and applying one coats of cement base paint on walls, pillars, cornices etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Preparing of new plastered surface and applying two coats white wash on walls complete as specified

M&L for Preparing of Old plastered surface and applying one coats white wash on walls complete as specified

Material and Labour for preparation of new plaster surface and applying two coat of white wash on ceiling ; Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for one coat of white wash on old treated plastered surface on ceiling of undecorated surfaces ; Complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor & paving n.exc 15cm above ground level ; Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C 2 as in plinth protection finishing the surface even and fair with out using extra cement laid to a slope of 1 to 20. It shall be laid in alternate bays, each bay not exceeding 3 m in length with joint to be filled with bituminous mastic filling comprising of misture of one part of heated not blown bitumen 85/25 penetration and three parts of heated sand all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.complete all as directed NOTE: Cost of unserviceable materials will be charged from the contractor against Schedule of Credit.

Taking down carefully existing serviceable Ceiling fan/Wall mounted fan, ceiling cable,exhaust fan, ceiling end, etc., removing the fan for keeping in safe custody, hanging the ceiling fan with down rod including clamps, hooks, holdfasteners etc and connecting up, including making electric connection from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete all as directed

Material and Labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated sheathed multi-stranded, copper conductor FRLS grade cable of 1100 volts grade conforming to IS:694 drawn through existing metallic/rigid PVC concealed conduit, medium grade, ISI marked, not less than 20mm bore with conduit accessories concealed on wall and ceiling/roof etc, with provn for fixing modular metal flush boxes not less than 1.0 mm thick of suitable modules, concealed in walls with modular white plated cover as top cover fixed with screws for housing switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc, including provn of 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area, PVC insulated, FRLS, sheathed, 1100 volt grade,multistranded single core green colour copper conductor for earth continuity connected to earth dolly complete all as directed

(a) Fan point/ exhaust fan point / one light point / bell/ buzzer controlled by one switch/ bell push.

(b) One socket outet point 5 amps on the same board.

(c) One socket outet point 5 amps on the independent board.

All as Ser item 3 here in before but with 2.5 sq mm wire and earth wire of 2.5 sq mm for 3 Pin 15 Amp modular type socket outlet.

Material and Labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated sheathed multi-stranded, copper conductor FRLS grade cable of 1100 volts grade conforming to IS:694 drawn through and including non metalic rigid new PVC conduit, medium grade, ISI marked, not less than 20mm bore with conduit accessories concealed on wall and ceiling/roof etc, with provn for fixing modular metal flush boxes not less than 1.0 mm thick of suitable modules, concealed in walls with modular white plated cover as top cover fixed with screws for housing switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc, including provn of 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area, PVC insulated, FRLS, sheathed, 1100 volt grade,multistranded single core green colour copper conductor for earth continuity connected to earth dolly complete all as directed

(a) One light point/Bell/Fan point controlled by one switch.

(b) One 3 pin 5 Amps socket outlet on independent board.

(c) One 5 Amps outlet point on same board with other switches/sockets

All as per ser item No 5 here in above but point wiring with 2.5 Sqmm FRLS cable and 2.5 sqmm cable earth continuity wire for one 3 pin socket outlet,15 Amps on independent board.(i) The wiring shall be done in proper colour coding using red, yellow and blue for phase, black for nuetral and green for earth wire.(ii) Modular metal flush boxes concealed in wall with suitable cover plate for mounting switch, sockets, regulator etc. and cost of cutting chases & making good as existing to disturbed surface with cement mortar, if required any shall be deemed to included in the quoted rates.(iii) Modular fittings/fixtures such as switch, socket, regulator, etc., shall be measured and paid separately as under relevant item.

Material and Labour for distribution board made out of sheet metal enclosure (CRCA sheet) dust and vermin proof, double door, SPN 8 way, 240 volts grade with 200 Amps insulated rated bus bar with nickel plated brass, isolated neutral bar and door earthing, earth bar IP- 43 protection with poly urithene (PU) gasketing, IK-08 Mechanical impact resistance, flush to wall, including testing suitable for fixing MCB SPN, SP etc, including dismantling of old UNSV one of any size/type from site and making good to disturbe surface wall complete all as directed NOTE: Necessary blank plates if required any to cover the blank MCB's place in DB and the rate shall be deemed to included in the quoted rates.

Material & Labour in replacement Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrods of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically(earth pit not less than 2.25 mr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mr below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron or steel earth wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts nuts check nuts and Gl washers of Galvanised iron protected by steel pipe 15mm (light grade) all as shown in elecrrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-l and connecting to earthing test point (earth test point to be provided at 5 mtr distance from earth pit) and testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work.
