Supplying and filling moorum obtained from approved quarry in embankment or depressions in layers not exceeding 20cm (loose) in depth (or any thickness as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge in case vibratory roller / soil compactor is used) including breaking clods, watering, consolidating each layer with power road roller 8-10 tonnes weight or vibratory roller / soil compactor of adequate capacity under optimum moisture content condition to give at least 98% of the maximum laboratory dry density (modified proctor density) as per IS code 2720 (part VIII) complete including leveling fine dressing to the required grade, camber and slope complete as per MORTH specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge with all leads and lifts (The item includes cost of work, payment of necessary royalty, carriage of moorum / suitable earth upto work site for all leads and lifts involved from all sources acquired or arranged by the Contractor. Payment to be made for compacted quantity only).
Consolidation of sub-grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tone capacity including making good the undulations etc. with earth or querry soil etc. and rolling the sub-grade.
Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m
Preparation of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, conforming to specifications mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by mechanical transport to work site, for all leads and lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with mechanical means including neatly leveling & dressing on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. With material conforming to Grade-III (size range 26.5 mm to 0.075 mm ) having CBR Value-20
Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and applying tack coat (using bitumen emulsion (Rapid setting) complying with IS:8887), spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit at the rate specified below, cleaning and preparing the existing pavement surface as per specifications complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. If the actual quantity of bitumen varies from the quantity specified, necessary cost adjustment for deviation in the quantity of bitumen shall be done as per rate in actual supply voucher from nearest refinery at the time of execution. The rate of bitumen exclusive of GST shall only be considered for payment. a) 0.20 Kg/Sqm on existing bituminous surface
Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion SS1 grade conforming to IS:8887 on prepared surface of Granular Base including clearing of surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The contractor shall quote his rates assuming quantity of bitumen emulsion as 0.70 Kg/Sqm. If the actual quantity of bitumen emulsion varies from the quantity assumed above, necessary cost adjustment for deviation in the quantity of bitumen emulsion shall be done as per rate in actual supply voucher from nearest refinery at the time of execution. The rate of bitumen emulsion exclusive of GST shall only be considered for payment.
Providing and laying of Hot Mix Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM) using crushed stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as specified and cement filler of quality as specified and Viscosity Grade Bitumen (supplied in bulk) in proportions as per job mix formula and laid to specified levels, grade and camber as per specification, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge including compacting with 8-10 tonne, preferably vibratory road roller of adequate capacity to achieve the specified values of compaction, strength, surface accuracy complete [for tendering purpose VG bitumen of grade VG-30 shall be taken as 110 kg/m3 of mix supplied in bulk produced by Govt. Refineries and 2% cement by weight of aggregates as filler material].

Painting runway/taxi track/apron marking with adequate nos of coats to give uniform finish with road marking paint of superior make as approved by the Engineer-in-charge, i/c cleaning the surface of all dirt, scales, oil, grease and other foreign mater;al etc. and lining out complete. New work (Two or more coats)
Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge. All works upto plinth level Concrete of M35 grade with minimum cement content of 370 kg /cum Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement.

Supply of CI isolating Transformer housing box, water tight, round type, metal container of outside size 330 mm height 450 mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15 mm thich, cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer power cable and having a clear hole at two side surface centre 75 mm above bottom surface to receive of 50 mm dia (outer dia) DWC HDPE/G. I. pipe and including check nuts as required and another hole at 175 mm from the bottom of the CI box to receive on no. 15 mm dia , "B" class, GI pipe and check nut as required. The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 X 30 mm tapped inside near the hole away from the hole centre and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15 mm dia, "B" class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 6 nos. M10 tapped hole at the hole centre 260 mm to receive fitting base plate and bolts complete as required .
Supply to following rating 5000V, 50 Hz individual lamp series type isolating Transformer suitable for above installtion,encapulated in polyeser resin & finally molded in neoprene rubber with primay and secondary connection leads complete and required. a) 200 Watt, 6.6A/6.6A
Supply of 5 KV grade ESNA connector ,suitable for field attachment with 5 KV grade PVC insulated, PVC sheathed single core 6 sq. mm copper conductor cable complete as required
Supply of 1C x 6 sq. mm sizes 5 KV grade PVC insulated & PVC sheathed, antitermite & anti-rodent, multi- stranded copper conductor single core airfield lighting cable confirming to IS 1554 (PartII) with up to date amendments complete as required
Supply of 3 lamps PAPI unit with breakable couplings, legs, connecting secondary leads, base plates, all required hardware complete as required.
Installation of transformer housing boxes with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630 x 630 x 100 mm thick all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150 mm thick, the top sloped with 1:2:4 cement including providing and fixing 250 mm long 15 mm dia "B" Class Gl pipe with check nut for drainage of water including excavation of side shoulder and refilling etc complete as required.
Making connections of 5 KV grade, 6 Sq. mm Copper conductor AFL cables with ESNA connector i/c crimping & fixing, applying HT tape complete as required
