Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 7.5 HP horizontal Submersible Pump Set for drinking water supply having dynacmically balanced NORYL impeller with waterproof installation to run on 415 v 50hz 3 phase AC supply capable of delivering 310-960 L/min and having head range of 28 mtr to 58 mtr etc. complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of following ways surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415 V, TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 A tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs (but without MCBs and incomer ) as required . (Note : Vertical type MCB TPDB is normally used where 3 phase outlets are required.)

Supply of 3.5 core, 50 Sqmm, Aluminium cable of 1.1kv grade multicore Aluminium conductor XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured cable (as per IS : 7098:1988 with upto date amendments) complete as requried as per specifications

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/HDPE pipe as required.

Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 Sq mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required

Supply & laying of 63 mm (OD)/ 51 mm (ID) (nominal) dia, PN8 HDPE pipe as per IS 14930 Through Trenchless Technology by drilling the bore of suitable dia directly in ground up to the depth of 3 meters from the ground level including necessary joining coupling, splicing rtc complete as required 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 meter below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50 mm)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required
