Providing & fixing false ceiling at all height including providing &fixing of framework made of special section, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanised with zinc coating of 120 gms/ sqm(both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleat of size 25mm wide x 1.6mm thick with flanges of 27mm and 37mm, at1200mm c/c, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener12.5mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25 x10 x0.50mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I chanels 45 x15 x 0.90mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm c/c, to which the ceiling section 0.5mm thick bottom wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each havinglips of 10.5mm, at 450mm c/c, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I intermediate channel with connecting clip madeout of 2.64mm dia x 230mm long G.I wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.50mm thick 27mm high having flanges of 20mm and 30mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partitions with the help of Rawl plugs at 450mm centre, with 25mmlong dry wall screws @ 230mm interval, including fixing of Calcium Silicate Board to ceiling section and perimeter channels with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x25mm at 230mm c/c, including jointing & finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges ofthe board with recommended jointing compounds, jointingtapes,finishing with jointing compounds in three layers covering upto 150mm on both sides of joints and two coats of primer suitablefor boards, all as per manufacture's specification and also includingthe cost of making opening for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cut outsmade with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all completeas per drawings, specificaton and direction of the Engineer in chargebut excluding the cost of painting with 8 mm thick Calcium Silicate Board made with Calcareous & Siliceous materials reinforced with cellulose fiber manufactured through autoclaving process.

Providing & fixing at all height false ceiling of 20 mm thick Mat Black panels of size1200 x 600 mm laid over MS Suspension Grid consisting of 2 nos 40 X 40X 5mm MS Angles welded back to back @1200mm c/c & M.S. Tees @ 600mm c/c Make-Anutone/Armstrong/Tranquil/Earcons Acoustic

Providing fixing thermal insulation of ceiling (under deck insulation) with Resin Bonded Fibre glass wool conforming to IS : 8183, density 48kg / m3, 50mm thick, wrapped in 200 G Virgin Polythene bags,fixed to ceiling with metallic cleats (50x50x3 mm) @ 60 cm and wire mesh of 12.5 mm x 24 gauge wire mesh, for top most ceiling of building.

Providing and fixing thermal insulation with Resin Bonded rock wool conforming to IS: 8183, having density 48 kg/m3,50 mm thick,wrapped in 200 G Virgin Polythene Bags fixed to wall with screw, rawel plug & washers and held and in position by criss cossing GI wire etc. complete as per directions of Engineerin- Charge.

Providing and fixing frame work for partitions/ wall lining etc. made of 50x50x1.6 mm hollow MS tube, placed along the walls, ceiling and floor in a grid pattern with spacing @ 60 cm centre to centre both ways (vertically & horizontally) or at required spacing near opening, with necessary welding at junctions and fixing the frame to wall/ ceiling/ floors with steel dash fasteners of 8 mm dia, 75 mm long bolt, including making provision for opening for doors, windows, electrical conduits, switch boards etc., including providing with two coats of approved steel primer etc. complete, all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing plain lining with necessary screws/nuts & bolts/ nails and fixed on wooden /steel frame work, complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge (Frame work shall be paid for separately). 12mm thick perforated commercial ply conforming to IS : 1328 BWR type

Providing and fixing plain lining with necessary screws/nuts & bolts/ nails and fixed on wooden /steel frame work, complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge (Frame work shall be paid for separately) plywood 5 ply with commercial ply on both faces 6 mm thick one side veneering.

Providing and fixing plywood 4 mm thick, one side decorative veneer conforming to IS: 1328 (type-1), for plain lining / cladding with necessary screws, including priming coat on unexposed surface with :Decorative veneer facings of approved manufacture

Providing and fixing of Acoustic Door in position hardwood flush sound proof door having over all thickness 65 mm shutter inner frame made of hard wood and filled with rock wool (density 96 Kg/Cu.m.) as insulation (for acoustic insulation with Anechoic barrier designed to achieve shielding effectiveness 25-35 dB) and covered with 4 mm veneer on both side including provision of vision pannel with toughened glass 200 x 300 mm and door frame made out of teak wood having profile of 140 mm x 70 mm, 65 mm thick including ISI marked 125x 85x 5.5 mm (0.70 kg.) brass butt hinges (heavy type) with necessary 40 mm brass screws,Including fitting i.e.fire registance Handle, Locking arrengement in all complete. as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Melamine polishing in high gloss/matt finish melamine clear polish on wood work in required color/wooden shade texture .new work two or more coats

Providing and fixing wooden moulded corner beading of triangular shape to the junction of panelling etc. with iron screws, plugs and priming coat on unexposed surface etc. complete 2nd class teak wood. 50x50 mm (base and height)

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

25 mm wooden planking, tongued and grooved in flooring, including fixing with iron screws complete with Second class teak wood (for stage area)

Providing and fixing Roller blinds with cassette and metal chain of shade ECO Blackout/Sunscreen Classic/Sunscreen Efficiency/Designer Translucent/Texture Blackout and as per the direction of engineer in charge. Note: Agency will have to provide and fix roller blinds from any of the shades mentioned in these items as per the direction of engineer in charge.
