Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging with cement mortar 1 :2 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floor : With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration. As per Vol. 1 Sr. No. 2.35.3.1. (Including labour cess but excluding GST).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). As per DSR Vol. 1 Sr. No. 6.4.1. (Including labour cess, Royalty but excluding GST).

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). As per DSR Vol. 1 Sr. No. 13.4.1. (Including labour cess, Royalty but excluding GST).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars. As per DSR Vol 1 Sr. No. 5.22.1. (Including labour cess but excluding GST).

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete : 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate. As per DSR Vol I Sr. No. 11.3.1. (Including labour cess but excluding GST).

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. As per DSR Vol. 2 Sr. No. 13.80. (Including labour cess but excluding GST).

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour (Two coats). As per DSR Vol. 1 Sr. No. 13.82.2. (Including labour cess but excluding GST).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work. As per DSR Vol. 1 Sr. No. 13.99.1. (Including labour cess but excluding GST).

Providing & fixing White vitreous china water closet squatting pan (Indian type) along with "S" or "P" trap including dismantling of old WC seat and "S" or "P" trap at site complete with all operations including all necessary materials, labour and disposal of dismantled material i/c malba, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge. Orissa pattern W.C Pan of size 580x440 mm. As per DSR Vol. 2 Sr. No. 14.80.2. (Including labour cess but excluding GST).

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice usk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge.
