M&L in repairs for false ceiling of 7 to 8 mm thick gypsum tiles (600x600mm) laminated with PVC film on the face side & metalised polyester film on the back side with all four edges sealed with PVC film (shade either plain white or coloured) fixed using T grid/Cross-T/Wall angle/level clip & suspenders / hangers 4.00 mm dia GI wire (upto 120mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs/ trusses of standard galvanised sections in a grid size of 600x600mm, including taking down existing ceiling board & grid work etc of any type/pattern complete all as specified and directed.

S&F tubular framed steel trusses (all as per pattern of existing dismantled trusses) made out of MS medium grade tube (ERW or induction butt welded ) conforming to I. S&F in repairs 4 to 6mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid on GI frame work comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centr/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspeneded from soofit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fastenerswith and including ceiling section(not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips accross the intemediate channel at 457mm centre to centre fixed with hangers 6mm dia.GI(upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flate 40x3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick plaster on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick plaster work in CM 1:3 on fascia or edging of chajjas, ceiling and roof projections etc. including taking out peeled off existing plaster / concrete including roughening old concrete surface and making the line in true shape and finishing the surface without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oilbound distemper over one coat of chalk whiting, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of external wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer including curing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of fascia/edging/ceiling of chajjas, roof projection and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on including curing, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down roof trusses,exc 4mtr but n.exc 8mtr coupled rafters or trussed beams complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Removing existing existing roof treatment (any type) roughening the surface of old concrete by picking, sweeping/brushing clean and washing down with water to remove dust and applying neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per Sqm, including removal of debris in low laying area exc 1.0 KM but not exc 2.0 KM from starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick cement plaster on concrete surfaces of roof top in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with and including WPC liquid @ 0.200ltr/ 50 Kg bag of cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for APP modified roof treatment over existing non-accessible RCC roof slab / chajjas / canopy / parapet wall, to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufactured with following specifications, complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Cleaning the top surface of RCC roofing properly with water. (b) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.30 Litre / Sqm, manufactured by the same agency as that of APP with a density 0.87-0.89 KG / Litre at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface. (c) Laying of membrane not less than 3.0mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.60 KG/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160 Gms/Sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm overlap and 15cm end lap. (d) Top of membrane shall be provided with solar reflective bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.10 KG / Sqm as prescribed by manufacturer of membrane. (e) APP Membrane shall be stick inside parapet where available by chase cutting and sealed with PCC 1:2:4, type B-0. (f) Top of membrane shall be provided with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.1 Kg/Sqm as prescribed by manufacture of membrane.

S&F in repairs 20 mm thick brick tiles laid on 15 mm thick cement morter (1:6) and joints grouted flush in cement morter (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement over APP membrane incl dismantling of existing bricks / tiles etc. complete all as specified and directed.
